My one day stay got extended to almost a week's stay and I was so glad that it was booked in this hotel. The staff, be it any department is so so welcoming and kind. The reason why I felt so comfortable staying here is only because of the staff's hospitality. Their rooms are great, services are top notch, food - excellent, everything so smooth and comfortable. If you stay in a high end hotel but don't get that welcoming and warm hospitality from the staff, the stay becomes heavy and uncomfortable. While at Orchid, I knew I was in one of the best hotel's. All the staff, in each and every department is so warm and welcoming and it left me with such an awe, wondering how is it possible that everyone is so kind and humble. The security staff, the staff at the main porch who checks all vehicles' entries, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, IRD, literally each and everyone. Amazing hospitality. Highly recommend this place for a super comfortable stay!

This place is already well-known. We went to vindhiyas restaurant. They had live sitar playing old melodious songs. The music is not too harsh or loud. You can easily have a conversation. The food is very good. Overall the ambience and service is 5star. Highly recommended

Not worth being called a five star hotel. Just ok ok. Need to upgrade and renovate. The food is great. Mid-night buffet also seems good. Hotel reception service is super slow. In room facilities also need to be better. Location is quite convenient as it's near to the airport.
