One best experience of staying at this property.it was amazing view the staff even though mostly the locals they were amazingly helpful we were with kids and they would serve us almost everything on the table for the buffet. They even went that extra mile and served us anything which was not in the buffet menu for the day. We asked them for milk for the baby and they didn't charged us for it. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we would definitely visit Srinagar again and stay at Orchad resort. They had a games room play areas and lawns .I would specially mentioned Mr. Akhtar for his amazing service. Thanks Orchard service team.

This is a great hotel but secluded from the city, if you want to be in a peaceful place you can opt to stay here. Location of this hotel is a bit far from the airport and other locations you have to visit like Gulmarg and Pahalgam but it is near to Sonmarg Valley if you want to visit there. Overall a very hospitable staff and a warm stay here. The rooms tend to get very cold if you do not turn on the AC (the AC can also heat your room). The washroom is very cold even if you keep the door to the washroom open and turn on the AC, it still remains very cold. Every cottage has its own water heater. Overall a very pleasant stay here.

Our hotel stay was very comfortable. We had visited during last week of November and it was very cold outside. The hotel interiors are warm and one can actually remove all winter clothing in the rooms as well as dining area. The staff is super helpful and warm. The food was delicious and each meal had couple of local preparations which is a must try for all. Special thanks to Mr Akhtar who was very helpful and took care of our group which consisted of 4 kids. He and his colleagues were affectionate towards the kids and let the kids play around as well.Would also like to mention Parvaiz Jaffer and team for their service which was flawless. All of the other staff including front desk was helpful and guided us correctly whenever we enquired about anything. Superb experience for our group. Would recommend a stay whenever in Srinagar.

It was a great stay. Rooms were equipped with all the amenities, room service was prompt and rooms were also good. It is a scenic resort. Food was delicious and spread was good with kids friendly options. All in all it is a great place to stay for vacation in Srinagar Staff was also friendly and warm. Parvaiz Jaffer and team deserve a special mention for all the help rendered with a very friendly attitude

Loved the resort. Had a relaxing experience in the beautifully built resort. The staff was warm and cordial. All amenities were there. Safety and security was very tight. Food was good. I enjoyed forging friendships with fellow travellers in the resort.

Great, cosy hotel with very attentive staff. Pervez and team made sure our every little wish was taken care of when dining. Rooms have ample heat (revesible ACs installed), bathrooms have centrally heated water. Has an excellent game room with huge snooker table, children's play area with trampoline. gym, spa swimming pool (though it's not heated so can only be used on summer)

Excellent stay at the Orchard Retreat with a superb and comfortable stay. The highlight is the service and staff who is ever smiling and helpful. The food is just awesome and perfect blend of world cuisine, comfort food and local fare. The service in the restaurant by Akhtar, Javed and Rahul made each meal a delight. Special me betiyon to Ms. Ayesha of Stay Pattern who made the entire booking and planning the itinerary a smooth and enjoyable experience.

It's a nice place for staying for all tourists. Located on the outskirts of city surrounded by greenery under shadows of zabarwan mountains is very scenically located The approach alley to the resort resembles a green tunnel surrounded by trees and fresh air. This place is very near to world famous Dal Lake and Mughal Gardens. One of best hotel a tourist can find in the valley particularly Srinagar. Also one of the best place for locals for functions and parties. Prices can be a bit lower though
