I had stayed in this hotel earlier, i had good experience so thought to visit again and stayed with them today, but unfortunately had worst experience this time. Service has gone too below as compared to earlier. Looks like they alloted a room which was under maintenance. 1. Water valve was turnoff so no water was available, unfortunately i was in bathroom bathing half and when water valve was turned off, when complaint was raised they came and turned ON the water valve and we got water. 2. No shower gel or soap was there in bathroom. 3. TV was not working post complaint they recharged. 4. If ask for one more bed pull over as we were couple staying they said it will be charged extra. 5. If you ask for anything you will get answer that you need to pay extra. 6. You have to take your luggage alone yourself to your room, no help is provided( we had opted for premium cottage). 7. They have electric car to drop at room as you need to park vehicles at reception, but they did not provide this service even it was raining heavily when we checked in. This is really sad to know, within 1 year their service and management has gone too much down...
Overall great for a nights stay with Family. Not an upscale resort but more of laid back country life
It is a lovely resort and pet friendly too. Beautiful gardens and trees. The rooms are comfortable but have some maintenance issues. Food is very good and the restaurant is beautiful.
Although mostly not needed, at times missed not having the AC in the rooms. Overall, this place has become my personal favourite, will visit again (and again).
We stayed here while coming back from Goa. It's a nice hotel and nice green ambiance. Kids enjoyed the swing and play area.
Every thing is good if u r having breakfast it's absolutely awesome ... So little taste fade in non veg items but veg item is superb .... No working TV in the room ..... Lack of hot water supply in bathroom ....

They have good staff available with them yet no one comes forward and takes orders, we must wait for them. I didn't like the behaviour of the person sitting on the counter.
