The Open Door - Hamburger restaurant in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

I had one of the best hamburger in recent times. This was their king burger and beef cheese burger both were equally good. They also serve nice French fries. I didn't expect it to be good but this completely surprised me.

Not a good option for dine in. They did not have a wash basin. Had to use the wash basin in the kitchen. Just two tables that can seat a total of 10 people. Not very comfortable. Non A/C. Their burgers were good. But definitely won't recommend for dine in.

Excellent service by the staff . Always smiling and polite, it was so welcoming and satisfied very much. The food was decent for the price.

Great place for burgers. I will recommend this place to friends and families who likes burger, esp beef burger. They offer the best burger in the city without a say, im thinking I'd the best burger in recent times from here - and it's world class. What I doubtlessly have from them are onion ring beef mini burgers (best for kids) and double cheese smashed burgers. The crew is friendly too. The effort in converting a house to a cafe is also commendable - they recently have an upstairs which are more spacious. Request to keep it more tidied Have books, pls add more. They are open late, till midnight. Improvement points: Have a parking slot drawn to help people. A simple but great cafe to have burger. This cafe is a small and only little space for parking hardly two cars. Only limited number of items in the menu. As advertised it's cheesy and juicy. Tried the peri peri chicken spicy burger and onion ring mini burger. The former one was very good and juicy. Staff was nice and accept card payments. Definitely a must go place in Kottayam for hamburger lovers..

A pleasant experience , very friendly customer service. Tried their signature Hamburger that's man Vs ham , indeed it was impressive. Also their unique caramel apple shake was a total game changer. Rates are reasonable too.

A new concept in Kottayam by Anthony. Small cozy place with a variety of burger offerings. The food has a homely feel and taste. Need to work in the veg menu especially during the Lent season. As if now there is only on vegan burger for the vegetarians and if that goes out of stock you have nothing to eat other than fries.

Had a superb hotdog from this place! Recommended!
