Basically this hotel is prime location fow weeding so if you are also planning for that must go for it the staff is nice as well as cooperstive .Rooms are good and we'll maintained service is also nice and location is also prime connected to highway so easy to find and there breakfast buffet is also good.

Not a very pleasant stay,hotel is located far away from main rampur city ,hotel doesnot have any cab facility so it is really difficult to commute ..Public transportation is also very poor..As for rooms executive rooms are not at all worth booking,bathrooms are very small fittings are old and seems these rooms are not at all maintained well,i had booked executive then after seeing pathetic condition of the room and especially bathroom i switched to luxury suite for which i paid 1800 rs extra food is super expensive,overall one can get better rooms at much much lesser price and at easily accessible prices .not at all recommended.

Nice property for a brief stop over at Rampur. We had booked an Executive room which was small in size and the bed was even smaller. Bed and facilities in the room are more towards catering for a single occupant. The room was not prepared in advance even though I had called up The OPAL to confirm my arrival, though after the issues were brought to the attention of the staff they were swiftly sorted out. Staff were polite and helpful. The room ,towels and bedsheets were neat and clean. The OPAL has a lift and WiFi was effective. The Bar prices are exorbitant and Food is good but priced on the higher side. The chef even came personally to wish us and enquired if we liked the food. The Manager of The OPAL was polite and courteous. Ample free parking is provided inside the property. .. The Opal is a boutique hotel in Rampur (UP) Spread in 5500 sq. Yards. It has 34 well furnished rooms, Fine Dining Restaurant "5th Mile" , Spacious Banquets, Conference hall, Multiple Party halls, etc.

The best hotel in Rampur, specially to meet the needs of international travellers: This is by far the best hotel in Rampur, specially to meet the needs of international travellers. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The cuisine has a very good menu with lots of option, and a wide range of drinks. However the best part of this hotel is is the staff. The staff in this hotel are very professional, helpful and kind. The manager was great, he constantly checked on me if I needed something. The ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and attentive (especially Ms. Rumesh Khan who very patiently and kindly reserved my train ticket back), and on the last day the owner of the hotel personally drove me to the station. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone , above all to international scholars who travel to Rampur to work at the Raza library.

Very nice experience, quick room service. Food was good and with lots of variety. Situated in outskirts of city.

For a small town like Rampur, The Opal has really set the standard very high and that is amazing. The easy accessibility to the property due to its location adds to the charm.
