The OneTree Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Rooms were unexpectedly small. Bedsheets were not white. They looked dull and old. Plug points did not work. Bathroom window did not have a mesh so they were mosquitoes and insects coming in. You will not find a kettle and all that stuff you find in the good hotels. Having said that, the view was stunning! The boys's service was very good! Breakfast and coffee was good! If you feel you will only spend the nights in the room and why pay more to stay out the whole day and pay to a fancy beach house, then this is a good choice. The staff are super active and helpful. No doubt about it and I truly appreciate their hard work.

I stayed at this fabulous property just recently at Sea View room. the view is excellent, sitting area at the Arabian sea is unimaginable and watching sun set sitting here is incomparable. The breakfast is very delicious and mouth watering. it is a must property to stay for 2 nights while visiting to cherai beach in Kochi. The staff is very friendly and humble. Everything is found as per the photo and description given on online portal.

Beautiful location, amazing view stay must visit for family vacation. Budget friendly. Friendly owner even the works were too friendly ,home cooked foods tastes yummy,clean n hygiene.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It's not a resort, it's kind of a home stay. No resort-like facilities, Dirty rooms. The rooms are unsafe, never recommended for families. Windows/doors without proper lock. Very rude behavior from the owner. With no other option, within few hours itself we vacated room and left Cherai. I lost the entire booking amount also. I really regret that I didn't file a complaint to the authorities. **My response after seeing Onetree Beach Resort's reply** The resort's comment here itself reveals their attitude towards the customers. They are trying to defame their customer instead of addressing the actual issues. I am not a fake reviewer(and I am sure that you know it more than anyone else), I have all proofs of my stay including bill payment receipts and tax invoice. And we will never forget the bad and disgraceful treatment you provided to me and my family. I am not out of frustration, I just want to share our real experience in the resort before someone fall prey by seeing the fake photos and reviews. Eventhough I lost the entire amount I pre-paid for the stay, I am glad that we didn't stay there that night, we vacated room asap and moved my family to another Hotel in a short time. Always Good behavior, Hospitality and Ethics matters!!

Such a wonderful trip The friendliest owner I've ever encountered, MR. Rafiq, was so gracious and inviting with a beautiful smile and the greatest choice was one tree resort, starting with the spectacular sea view to the most polite and helpful employees from the hotel administration especially Mr Akshay was one the most humble and friendly staff from the hotel. The food was extremely delicious and the ambience was extraordinary.. it's a must visit spot from my end , amazing experience with family...

The owner or manager is arrogant. This resort has nice view however dont book in advance. The pics only shows the good part of resort however check the reality and then stay here. Many other people have posted negative comments so belive them. This place can be high earning if the owner can spend money and make the rooms worth to be stay.

Keep up the good work Jerry. Special mention to Chaechis... Food - 5/5 Had the dinner and complementary breakfast. Both were too good, delicious and fresh. Overall so happy. Will recommend and also visit again.

The place can be more appropriate to be described as a home stay. There were 2 caretakers who were supportive and took good care of the guests. The rooms were average based on facilities but good in cleanliness. The standout thing of this property is the awesome seaview and they have a roof top dining area. The food served was good but can be improved. Not recommended for people who need to have a luxurious beach stay with family.
