The Olive Grand - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

They have average rooms and the AC in most rooms is non functional. The cleaning staff never come to the room unless you ask them to clean. When I entered the room, it was semi wet. It was like they used one soap water to clean the floor but it was not dried completely so carry slippers with you. They do provide the soap and the towel but other then that, service is poor.

There is no parking facility and no lift. Need to park vehicle on main road side. Bedsheet is not at all clean looks like not changed from previous use, full of stains and hair on bedsheet. Bathroom is also dirty and no pipe between sync and floor. For heater there is some machine where most of the water spills on floor. Very disappointed. I have never written review till now , don't want anyone to struggle like us. So writing this review

They are denying the hotel even though a confirmed booking from MakemyTrip was shown, no parking is available even for bikes, it's a small place in front of road with poor reception service.

Worst service ,they are adding extra charges for everything.. and things are not working properly and management also not good Swami gowda stupid man shouting on costomers

Disgusting service, the receptionist is a total fraud...rude and irresponsible doing duplicate business..we booked rooms through makemytrip but it is managed by OYO ,oyo is totally earning money by frauding people... as we came to the hotel they said they've already given it to somebody else and they don't have rooms...we have not received any kind of notification regarding this...and the receptionist isn't helping us at all saying we have to call the customer service....Disgusting experience

Rooms are similar to luxury rooms. Good to visit there... Nice place but service is not so good.

Very Poor Quality of room and service. I booked 3 rooms and the condition of all rooms are very bad. Bed sheets are very dirty and floor was also sticky. Bathroom condition was also very bad and unclean. One of the room door lock also have some issue and even after complaining and request for another room the hotel manager didn't cooperated well. I booked the 3rd room at last hour which they gave at very high price what it was shown on online sites. Overall a very bad experience.

Worst maintenance this hotel waste of my money and time don't check in this hotel
