THE OCEAN PEARL INN - Hotel in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

The staff was amazing. The food was also good. Little over priced but it was quite good. Hotel's location is also perfect. Not too far from city center and not too far from beach also. Overall it was quite good experience.

Ocean pearl is a trusted brand while booking a stay and it didn't disappoint. This is quite a new hotel. The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with a good work area. The rooms are well maintained. The breakfast spread was also quite good. The food was tasty. I had booked this hotel for a business stay. I would recommend this hotel for staying with family, solo or for business trips.

When it comes to the name "Ocean Pearl" the quality and elegance comes along with it.. this time we wanted to just try new branch of OP in Mangalore ... As expected .. nice ambience, good staff We took buffet dinner ... The quality and taste was okay.. Otherwise they are maintaining their brand ocean pearl

A quick, overnight stay it was during the week. After a long drive from Bangalore, it was a relief that the hotel was not too interior and just a few minutes from the highway. Valet parking was available. The welcome was warm and full of smiles; the check-in was quick and hassle-free. We were given a third floor room. Not much by way of a view, but clean and spacious. The corridor though needed a good spray of air freshner to get rid of old smells. We returned late night after family function and enjoyed comfortable sleep. The complimentary buffet breakfast offered a decent spread of continental and south Indian cuisine. The service was quite efficient. The tariff was quite reasonable in the Rs 3,500/- range considering the location in the heart of the city and yet easy access to the highway.

The worst hotel, I have visited- the reason for giving 1 star is because the service is very slow, the person were not supportive and impolite, Specially the GM of the resturant were really without any service manners, he doesn't even know how to talk to guest. We were asked to pay 1000 +taxes for staying 30 mint extra in the room, being charged is fine, but we were called 3 times unnecessarily, when we told at 10am itself that we will be checking-out by 12.30 -1PM. Back to back they were calling, as if someone will die, if we don't check-out immediately, I had a marathon, so I need some time to check-out, the check -out time was 12PM we check -out at 12.30 still we were asked to pay 1200 extra. Pls avoid staying in this hotel, I hope the hotel take action on such a rude Manager, who thinks he is giving a donation to us in place of service

Housekeeping needs hats of. Breakfast was lovely and tasty. Lunch at Sagar was also tasty and great. Staff at the front desk, restaurants, lobby and housekeeping are very dedicated, helpful and caring. For us it was like a home away from home. Thanks a lot to the leader and team 'thAwesome hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in mangalore. Location is stratergic and very convenient even if we do not have personal vehicle. There is no ground parking but valet service is prompt. Tarrif is on a slightly higher end considering hardly any ameinities available. Rooms are clean and spacious. Vegetarian option from attached sagar restaurant is just outstanding..

Best hotel to stay. Beaches are very close and good food. I wanted to give 4.5 because the bathroom (atleast for our room) lacked good exhaust. So the bad smell would linger entire time, inside the room also and specially after number two.
