The Ocean Park Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, Kovalam - Thiruvananthapuram, India

Please do not choose this hotel by scenic view and price. No customer support and no quality in food. Even air condition is not working. Location is very difficult to find. Even no guide to bring hotel from center point. All travel companies need to terminate this hotel from list. No lift and need to climb high rise floor. Kindly please do not choose this hotel.

1. No hot water, sometimes in fact no water only 2. pest medicine and breath taking smell in the entire building 3. no nearby car parking, get ready to walk with luggage at least 0.5km 4. AC does sound like a nuclear bomb and hardly works 5. ask for bed sheets well in advance unless you want sleep without anything to cover you 6. Sticky and oily floors all over 7. No breakfast. 8. Hardly found anything good here to write about. It's better you walk in directly and take an hour of hotel search tour to find the best stay at beach resorts rather than being a victim.

The rooms were not that good. Bathrooms were small and warm water was not available. The hotel is not reachable by car. Its approx 300 m from car parking from there the staff will help to carry luggage to hotel. But to the positive side, the hotel staff was very very good and helpful. Our hotel rooms view was the best part of our whole kerala trip. The ocean view name was on point. I would recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to kovalam. Plus the hotel restaurant food was also really good. Our family eat in restaurant itself as we are vegetarian people and the food provided was really tasty. Except few negatives, the overall positives make the hotel a very very good stay. Overall i will definitely recommend this.

Worst experience No hot water No water in taps But you can find dripping water in rooms. They will ask for money before check inn because after check inn nobody will be paying them. Think 1000 time before staying, Worst Hotel in state is far better than this one.

My recent hotel stay was quite disappointing. There were several amenities missing, including no TV, no WiFi, and no hot water, which made the experience quite inconvenient. Moreover, there was no provision for tea or coffee in the rooms, and cleanliness was lacking. The absence of a lift made it difficult for older guests to access their rooms, and the steep steps were a safety concern. Additionally, there was no telephone in the rooms, and the damaged plug points were a hassle. The hotel's location was inconvenient, with no parking facility available for any vehicles. Guests had to carry their luggage for a considerable distance, which was quite inconvenient. One positive aspect was the good sea view from the hotel, but it couldn't compensate for the lack of essential facilities. The hotel's communication with Agoda was poor, leading to confusion regarding booking prices. It's essential to call the hotel and double-check the rates before booking through Agoda to avoid any issues upon arrival. Unfortunately, there were no budget-friendly hotels nearby for breakfast or lunch options. The rooms themselves lacked necessary amenities, considering the amount we paid for the stay. Moreover, the rooms consistently had a foul smell, making the experience uncomfortable. Overall, this hotel stay left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

One of the most pathetic hotels I have ever visited where everything is fake from whatever is there in the pictures on website and other marketplaces. I booked a room through Agoda and the standard room contain no lights, plus ground floor with all of insects and dirty washrooms. And they cleaned the room with water when I had an argument with the owner. The owner and even Agoda guys were extremely rude not ready to refund the money and accept the mistake. Do not ever visit or stay at this place.

Location is good. But does not have the following in their best room 1. Hot water 2. Wifi 3. Tea or coffee 4. Phones to call the reception

Nice hotel and decent staff. View from the hotel awesome. Only thing is car parking is little away and there are some uphill experience on the road.
