We were allocated a terrible room to begin with, building work in the next room and a view of the doorman and the traffic. As we were there for a special occasion, we agreed to move, but this was at the cost of PS100 per night. Our new room was very nice indeed with a fantastic view of the valley bellow. Food is best described as limited. Tasty enough, but not loads of choice and much the same every day. But... breakfast starts with coffee. Any 5star hotel should know that. So, making guests wait 45minutes to an hour for a coffee is frankly unacceptable at this price point. It's just embarrassing. And a word about beer. It should be cold. Not room temperature. This hotel is a beautiful building, immaculately clean and the reception staff are super friendly, but it is being spoilt by poor managers in the food and drink departments.
I just can't experience in words how amazing my experience has been. The staff is so polite and helpful with my kid. They took care of every need of my little daughter and spoiled her with lots of soft toys and activity books. I feel u will have the best experience in terms of service in this property.

This place is away some. I love this place. Staff behaviours are excellent. Neat & cleaning area. The decoration of rooms, is was amazing. Lovely. When you enter in reception you will get welcomed. Service is also excellent.
Vertical hotel. Old wooden rustic feel. Very warm and cost environment. Very welcoming staff. PS5, pool, cress, carom- enough for a rainy day if you don't want to get out. Out open the door/window and the outside cool breeze and view is good to set your day. A food paradise! Special compliments to the chef and the spa team. That was our trips highlight.

A 5 star property with air tight SOPs when it comes to guest hospitality and ensuring the ones abode have the best of the experiences. However, would like to highlight rather the cons of the place, For a room worth 20k a night + avg. dish price touching upwards of 1500 , the kind of rooms and even the food is at best a sharp 4/5. They do try to over compensate with giving off freebie but then a hospitality chain of that stature can't be missing out on basic serving etiquette and misses on the final bills
