The Oasis Mussoorie, a member of Radisson Individuals - Hotel in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

This is the first time ever that I'm writing a review on the 1st day of the visit to any place. The location is very serene and quiet with good views from the rooms. The staff is super nice and courteous, special mention for Sanjana at the restaurant for feeding us so much with an always smiling face. Shout out to Luv who made our check-in flawless and quick. The food so far is super tasty, fresh and delicious. I'm gonna enjoy rest of my stay!

Dear Anurag sir, Greetings from Nirav shah, I would like to inform you that I have stayed at the Oasis mussoorie ( member of Radisson individual) Dated 13/11/2023 to 16/11/2023. With room no 305 and 306. With MAP plan During my stay I faced lots of issues. Before my journey i called at reception and explained them we people r vegetarian and do not eat onion garlic. So plz arrange food accordingly. A lady from reception told me we forward your concern to restaurant team and chef. On a first day of arrival when i went for my dinner at restaurant the team of restaurant said me we haven't got any information that you people do not eat onion and garlic. On a day 14/03/2023 we had gone for sightseeing in mussoorie and I drop my key at reception counter and informed for room cleaning.(9.30am). When we came back at 3.00pm and entered the room both room was unclean. I surprised and go to reception and asked about issue. But no body came with me and help me. Then I request at reception to arrange my meeting with higher authorities. Mr Amit came and i explained him about incident. He said sorry and promise will not happen next time. NOW I FACED MAJOR ISSUE WHICH CAN'T BE ACCEPTED. On a same day we went for hi tea . In high tea menu tea cake were there. But it was non vegetarian. So Mr Singh and your executive chef was there. I requested both them for vegetarian tea cake. Surprisingly both told me to go for other food option and talk very loudly and got angry on me. I requested them not do such behaviour but they continue. A group of other guest (who came from Delhi and they booked 4 room in your hotel) also surprised with these behaviour and told Mr Singh and executive chef not to do these type behaviour but still they continue to talk loudly and not provide any vegetarian tea cake and went away very rudely without taking any care. My wife and my child all we afraid by such behaviour and worried about our safety. Even I couldn't eat anything at Hi tea because I was very afraid and feeling tense.( I request kindly check CCTV at hi tea place and also requesting you plz keep that day CCTV recording at safe) The whole night was under tense and we couldn't enjoy our holiday at mussoorie. I was under very tension regarding safety of my family. Again I went to Mr Amit and told about incident but he told me that he was our very old chef and I don't have any power to take action. I asked to talk with GM of hotel but he told me Mr anurag was on leave. I asked for your contact number and called you by my mobile. But you didn't pick my call. My all stay got under tension and worry. As Indian law customer have rights for their safety. But didn't get in your hotel . Dear Anurag sir I request you to refund all my money which I have paid. I had rejuvenated after this trip. What added on more was the comfortable stay at the hotel and kind hotel staffs. "Luv" one of the hotel staff was so helpful in organising our tours and he also made us comfortable during our stay.

Very Beautiful property in Mussorie. Staff was very hospitable and welcoming. My kid enjoyed a lot in a play area. Food was also good.

Booked the hotel from the hotel site on recommendation of front desk staff instead of availing discount n booking from other sites.. dining experience was no doubt very good esp.thanks to Neeraj ... however front desk staff was miscommunicated , uncoordinated and rude .. which screwd up my checkout day plans.. inspite of having discussed everything prior to visit

It was a very good experience right from the check in , rooms , food and the over all experience. Very peaceful atmosphere

Excellent services I celebrated my bday here and Jyoti and the entire team frome Radisson was very welcoming. Loved staying here would definitely like to visit again Thanks again

Stayed here for a couple of days in April 2023. Exceptional service, and great hospitality. Front desk associate Ravi is very considerate and helpful. He gave us a free room upgrade too.
