The hotel has wheelchair access and the emergency escape routes were found to be clear. Good rooms and food staff is very humble. The breakfast options are also very good. The rooms are spacious and clean location is very very nice.

Superb hotel to stay in Pune. Located in centre part of the city. Rooms are excellent. Rooms are cleaned well. Breakfast is complimentary and has good variety. I would certainly recommend this hotel. I was disappointed with Laundry service, because when I asked reception to have the clothes laundered, they did not take. I had to take all and wash it when I came back to my location.

I loved this hotel. The accommodation is very good. The food is also good. If you are planning to book a room near FC road this is the place.

After arriving Shivajinagar station spent Rs100 for a private rickshaw to the hotel. (Metered fare is just Rs30 or so). Hotel located in the heart of the city. The nearest metro station is Deccan Gymkhana Station and is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. A metered rickshaw is available just outside the hotel. Also, if you know the routes there is a bus stop too. The Hotel has wheelchair access and the emergency escape routes were found to be clear. I was unable to locate emergency escape signs inside the rooms though, so please make sure you know them after checkin in (it's a good practice). This is your typical business hotel. Reception area was well lit and we managed to get an early check-in which I appreciated. Newspapers are available in the lobby to keep you busy while the checkin process is completed. The washrooms at the lobby were clean. Rooms are clean. Tea is provided but I didn't see packets of coffee. Good thing we brought our own. The room windows were heavily stained and could do with some cleaning. I did notice brown hard water stains in the bathroom (which is a letdown). The management must look into cleaning this as it's relatively easy. There was no jet spray for the toilet; it used a different washing system instead (similar to those found in Korea and Japan). Liquid shampoo and soap provided. The room phone didn't work (even after it was fixed the first time). We used mobiles to contact them on the main hotel line. One bottle of mineral water per guest is provided daily. Alternately they have unlimited free water from the purifier. We didn't use in-room dining as there are plenty of options nearby. One point to note is that this property is Pure Veg. The free vegetarian buffet breakfast, although vegetarian, was delicious. Five types of dishes. And tea or coffee were available upon request. Staff were kind and my overall stay was comfortable. Would certainly stay here for 2-3 nights again. The location of this hotel is the biggest advantage.

Good service & food, Staff is very humble. The location is in the middle of the city with good access to all the places. You get all the access to shopping & business places. Price worthy rooms.

Nice location, nice locality, spacious rooms. Food taste can a bit better but otherwise it's a really value for money. If you are not looking for swimming pool essentially then this place can be safely opted.

I stayed at Oakwood for a few nights and enjoyed it. The rooms were quite nice but the bathrooms weren't properly sanitised or stocked. But it was easily manageable with the service. The location is nice with shops nearby. The breakfast buffet was nice and filled with classic indian food. As Well as papaya and watermelon. Definitely stay here when in Pune.

Lot of fake reviews. The hotel is okayish. I had to ask room service 4 times for extra towels. No facilities- gym or swimming pool. Vegetarian breakfast buffet. Location is the only +ve.
