The Oaks Comforts - Hotel in Hubballi - Dharwad, India

My stay was a pit-stop, on the way to Hampi. it was a nice and cosy room, had a good night sleep after 12 hrs of driving. looks like a new property. no comments on the location, as i do not know much about Hubballi. dated:19Nov2023.

I reached hotel at around 8:30 pm to try direct booking but instead of giving the best price, when I asked reception person to book the Deluxe room online, they all blocked it meanwhile & later no Deluxe room was showing & they even increased the price of highest category room. While asking why he do that, he is giving baseless excuses like, 1. someone could have booked it (though I was the only one there at reception and with that time of 9 pm, I am not sure who is doing online booking for that day), 2. They had more than 2 deluxe rooms available at that time when we reached and when questioning, does all ur roomed booked, after excuse 1. He said yeah, wedding season (I can't see any wedding related event happening there) 3. He was just lying at each & every questions After all these, i left the hotel without checkin & even thanks them (sarcastically) for their friendly service. I have screenshots of MMT but can't share as it contains price as well.

Fabulous hotel for a luxury stay at a very good price. They provide all toiletries & other facilities. The room was very clean and the hotel has a proper UG parking as well. Staff are nice and service is quick. They should've had a restaurant in the premises but that's okay as there are many in the area. I'll definitely stay here everytime I visit Hubli.

superb rooms. excellent washroom with excellent hygiene and amenities. clean and neat rooms and overall excellent facilities and services. restaurant is not inside. that is only one thing need to be at hotel.

Very Cozy, Upmarket with all amenities required in the service & most importantly decently priced. Customer service is awesome. Clean n well maintained room's.

We visited with family. Rooms are clean but I don't think the pillow cover and bedsheet was changed after the previous people left the room. Bathrooms were good with all facility but there is nothing more good to say. No restaurant, no drinking water facility, every time need to buy a new water bottle. I think room charges are charged looking at the customer entered. Previous day during check in They told us rs. 2800 and with tax we paid rs.3184 + 1000 extra for extra hr. Next day for same room they were charging rs.2500 andwith tax some rs.2800 We wanted to continue for 1more day They said no rooms are available We went in search of another lodge and were late for an hr They told us before twice we can take an hr extra and charged for 1/2 day for extra hr. and now they had room for us to give if we want to continue Other than clean rooms no other good things here we can appreciate. We were totally disappointed with the OAK COMFORTS There are many good places other than oak comforts in hubli with less price and good facility, interms of clinliness , food everything just a no to stay here again and if you really value your money please don't check i

Disappointed with The Oaks comfort. Stayed there for a week on a business trip, except cleanliness nothing is perfect here. The front desk is totally rude and they don't know how to handle the customers. Simply extra charges for each and everything and we can't even deny it which is not even justifiable. They will speak in that way. Very bad experience. There is no complementary breakfast but no changes in room rent compared with the market price.

Wow.. One of the finest hotels we got in Hubli, room was very neat and tidy, staff were courteous enough to help us with requirements and guide us around, very easy to locate and ample amount space for parking in the basement
