All are eyeing on selling the bike. no body wants to give support to the customer. after purchasing SP-125 on 2021 they didn't release the spare parts. it took one month for getting the spare part. in 2022 Previous Manger (Arun Bharathi) gave a compensation letter for not registering my vehicle for full - bumper to bumper insurance. he resigned in dec2022. no one care's to give the compensation. no support received till now when ever you purchase ask for invoice with all the amount you paid!!!!!. now that's where i got deceived by them. get break up for the money you have paid. for me they given the invoice of vehicle only. nothing given for spare parts , for which insurance you vehicle registered and other regarding registration money breakup.
