The Nisha Continental - Hotel in Kottayam - Kottayam, India

The frat thing about this hotel is that it is in the heart of Kottayam town. Rooms are kind of small for the price range, don't provide you with any sort of amenities, prior to check in. I had to ask for towels, and cutlery and my wife had to specifically ask for the water heater to be turned on. There is no Kettle, minifridge in the room, and whatever the drinks they provide, is not at MRP. Would like to see a better service for the price that hey are asking. Plus point I would have to say is the 2 sweet lady staffs. They are really pleasant.

Nice clean room. Well designed space for convince. But they don't provide Drinking water in room. Customer has to pay for a 2 liter bottles for reception.

Whenever I visit kottayam i stay here only. But last time i visit the room quality was not good. I think they will improve

Too bad... Ended a day very bearably in a room with no proper AC, not even a toothbrush/paste for showering. It doesn't matter if the complaint is written, spoken or reviewed. No one here understands hospitality. This experience came to me alone needs. If I had come as a family, I would have struggled... even if I had taken a normal lodge, I would have got better service... too bad 10/100 I can give that much marks.. feelreally disappointed

I stayed in AC ROOM, It was A decent stay, DIDN'T FIND any -ves, better book directly than using online platforms. So that they will allow extra hour if needed.

Avoid this hotel at any cost. They don't deserve customers because whatever complaints you notify them they only have one excuse "They are under RENOVATION". For 990rs don't expect a decent cot and mattress because they would have already told you to take the room only if you want and give you substandard services and shoddy facilities. The staff members will treat you with a bad attitude. They're not worried about any negative reviews and conveniently would tell you they don't have issues with it. To the hotel management - If you are under renovation have the decency to shut down the place and get the work complete. Telling customers to accept your drawbacks and put up with it for the money they pay is nothing else than ridiculous. You have taken the government license to run the hotel with certain standards that you must adhere to according to rules and regulations. If you think you can flout the rules and play with the regulations, at some point, this will backfire on you. You could be rest assured.

Soo expensive ,but room is soo badly maintained

Stopped by for a quick fresh up. Entrance at hotel is quiet good and appealing. However, it's not that good as it looks at the entrance. It's just ok kind. There isn't hot water facility available. Bathroom is super congested. There isn't a place to hang cloths. Not recommended for staying overnight. Overall, it's just ok
