Had a very pleasant stay. Zero complaints except that the correspondence via email takes a little time on the hotels end. Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and very friendly specially Arjun in the restaurant. Availability of a steam iron would be a welcome addition.
Great service!! My flight got delayed and I was anticipating a late check-in however the hotel desk manager was very helpful and I had an easy check-in experience. The room was amazing. There were two rooms actually, one was just like a sitting room for eating and hanging out. As I gazed on the other side, there was another room and this was a huge bedroom with king-size beds. The toilets were clean and tidy. All in all a great experience!! 1) Hassle free check-in/check-out 2) Complimentary Breakfast 3) Room service, Laundry and best in class housekeeping 4) Hotel porter
