Worst resort workers, food, room service everything is bad. Worst Of Money I don't know y they called resort. There is no service in rooms. Food quality is worst. And we can't go any other place near by because it's so far from main mahableshwar and no hotels near by. Ambiance is so bad. No hygiene. Just location is good.

Waste of money. Dont come here. No hot water. I recently stayed at hotel , and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I had high expectations based on the reviews and the price, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. Considering the high price I paid for the stay, I expected a much better experience. The quality of the hotel did not justify the cost, and I felt like I wasted my money.

The food and service is not at all good. there's timing for the kitchen after that they charge you even for tea even if you are 10 mins late The staff is not at all supportive. our room was near the kitchen & dining area where the staff was playing songs from morning 8 am loudly so we couldn't sleep. If you eat more in the buffet they will start charging you without telling u it's chargeable. Basic amenities like hot water and wifi were also not available. Also they ask you to pay in cash at check-out.

The location is pleasing, offering clean rooms and a swimming pool. However, the management struggles with coordination issues; despite multiple requests, obtaining an extra mattress is challenging. The food variety is limited to thalis, which are might be good, but other choices are overpriced and lack flavor. Be cautious as they occasionally include random charges on your bill; review it before making payment

Don't fall for their paid promotions via google and Instagram. Don't waste your hard earned money. Rooms: Pathetic experience. Food: Terrible. Didn't even bother to entertain complaints. Only paneer was good in veg. Non Veg was way below average. Tariff: unnecessarily too high Owner: Too rude to be in the hotel industry Staff: Average Hygiene: Very Poor Location: Remote but only thing that is good there.

Overall good experience, location, view amenities were too good, staff was cooperative, just unsatisfied about their food system as compared to their rates, like this menu option is not available, roti bhakti is not available etc. Cleanliness was also pretty good, reception call was not attended by them as we had tried for morning coffee. It's a serious issue, need to improve on it, because anyone can call for any type of emergency. Hope to improve

*** Make sure you guys read the reviews before you book this place*** We booked this accommodation for 9 members over a weekend and we reached at the property around 1:00 PM and they informed us that the lunch will be served only till 2:00 PM and post will be chargeable. When we booked the place they didn't inform about all these terms and conditions also there's no network at the property at all only BSNL works at the location and no WiFi is available at the property. There's no room service no hot water also the management team is a bit rude and rooms is not worth charging 2200/- per head. The washroom were not cleaned properly and one of the washroom didn't had the flush and no toilet paper in the washrooms and even the dinner is only served till 10:30 PM and if you request them that if you could remove some food for 9 members so that we could have it a bit later they straight away dined that which was not expected. They also charge for the water bottle while having food as believe so that's not included in the package. Most important they only accept cash Overall a worst experience

The service and food are both quite poor. there is a kitchen closing time, and if you are even 10 minutes late, they will charge you for tea. The personnel is in no way helpful. We were unable to sleep because our room was next to the kitchen and eating area, where the employees began playing music at a loud volume at 8 a.m. If you continue to eat from the buffet, they will start charging you without warning. There were also no basic services like wifi or hot water. Additionally, they need cash payment at the register.
