This is a small fitness centre for yoga, cross functions and zumba. They pay attention to each and every member individually. The exercises are largely body weight which you can learn and do it yourself on off days . Overall it is recommended.
Great place to get fit. Both trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and more importantly, communicate well. Be it weight training, functional training, zumba or nutrition, the next level serves all your needs. Great experience!
The next level fitness studio is the best fitness studio i have ever been a part of! I have experienced a major transformation in terms of my strength and diet, and it is all because of the amazing trainer duo, Ojas Kiran Hate sir and Sonam Dongre maam who have guided me on everything, and made this impossible task of transforming myself a possible one! I recommend this studio to everyone who's looking for a transformation and amazing results!

Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
