Irresponsible and unprofessional people. I had given blood sample in the morning and the report was to be shared by 7 p.m. when I didn't recieved it as mentioned, I visited the clinic to check. They assured that it will be shared by 8 p.m. By 8:30 when I didn't recieved, I called them but no one received. So, I visited the clinic again around 8:45 p.m. But it was closed. I messaged and called them but no response was received. When I checked with the pharmacy(it was open), they clearly mentioned that they can't contact anyone or give any support. They asked if I have any issues I can mail in the email id mentioned outside. There was I more person there with the same issue. Being in health sector and this kind of support is really not expected. It was my first visit and I had a bad experience. Not recommended.

Not at all cooperative... I purchased the sunscreen and he told me it will cost 500 when the MRP was 799 but he gave me the product at 669. And when asked to return, he said I can't return it, you have to take something else now. Then and there purchased at the moment and could not return and get refund.. Very rude and very ill-mannered.

Very neat and clean clinic Managed unprofessionally There is no surety that the doc will come even if you have paid for your appointment. How it works is, the reception calls the doctor after you have paid. Then the doctor starts from his house for the clinic. Most processes are mindless. For example.. You first pay at the reception then some nurse or helper type person will "check your receipt" and put your name in the appointment list to give you your sequence.. These same helper or nurse type girls are the ones who will do your ecg.. I must share my ecg story. I was taken to the ecg room and she asked me to take off my tee. I politely asked her if she will do my ecg or any doctor..Omg.. She got offended... She didn't even wipe the gel after the procedure and opened the door wide. She said it's not her job to remove the gel. When I requested her for tissue paper at least, she arrogantly game me the tissue box and just walked out. Pathetic people with bloated ego. I sincerely pray that you guys are healthy and you don't have to come here. Try to avoid this clinic.

I have to lower my rating as the dental fillings I had done here, fall within couple of weeks. My previous filling in another tooth, which I had done from outside is still fine after more than 5 years. The dental clinic should be improved to avoid such poor service.

Very poor service, Clinic gives appointment but doctors are not available. Even clinic calls the doctor when patient reaches the clinic. Unnecessarily wasting the time of patients. No value of patients time. Got the appointment of 12noon reaches their at 12:09 but doctor came after 12:45. This was my last time experience this time again got appointment of 12noon, already at clinic but doctor is not available till 12:23

This facility is highly recommended. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have been visiting the clinic for doctors' consultation throughout our pregnancy journey. The staff was always extremely helpful to ensure our requests were always attended to. The facility is also easily reachable. Keep up the great work .

Super quality infrastructure with experience doctors. Great reception kudos to the Newtown clinic team.

I find the clinic good in most aspects. Only disappointment is it is never able to give a right time estimate of investigations in early morning hours. It opens at 8am but patients need to wait for same at least till 8.45/9.
