Irresponsible people at the office. I had been there at 10:00am today for an insurance. By 10:35am someone (who looked to be a staff there) came and opened it. I was watching these as I was at the other side of the road because there were no parking near that office. By the time I reach there crossing the road the staff locked the glass door and wasn't available there. The glasses were totally heavily filimed with black papers as it was totally invisible to see to check if there are some staffs inside. After waiting for around ten minutes and enquirying at the nearby shops I dialled them on phone. He claimed that they don't work on any Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. When I requested him to "cross check the papers to verify if they are enough if I bring it on the next working day", he shouted at me claiming that "we don't work on Saturdays". In the meantime there was another person there(who seemed to be his friend) and both of them got inside the fully blackened glass room and locked it from inside ignoring we customers. "IS THAT REALLY A GOVERNMENT OFFICE, OR A CLUB"???

No parking facilities. even bike parking aslo AVAILABLE in there.

Located in very old building.. No proper maintenance..

Always no one is present in the office.

I want to speak with you. And put insurance for my nano car.
