Staffs are so polite. Everything was so smooth. I appreciate the employees

Poor customer relations. I went there to change the Rc name on insurance. They told me to get the original rc for that and told me to leave. When I asked to car dealers they told only digital paper was needed for name change. So I went to another office and changed the insurance name.These idiot's don't know these basic details. If I have waited for original rc , I sholud have lost the option to change the rc name in within 15 days and had to pay the full premium amount for new insurance.

Good place not much rush and very co operative staff will recommend to others too
