The New Holiday II - Hotel in Mehsana - Mahesana, India

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Checked in on 23rd May around 2am and paid rs4000 and my checkout was on 24thMay at 3am. On 23rd May around 12pm the AC was turned off and when I enquired regarding the same i was told that there is some issue and the AC would start working in other 30mins. I waited till 2:30 pm. Then around 3pm I got a call from reception to checkout. I told them that my checkout was at night . They started fighting and demanded 2000rs extra . The bedsheet were dirty. Room was smelling bad and there was no mineral water provided . Even though at the reception it's mentioned complimentary breakfast,it was not provided and they charged extra for tea as well. No lift in hotel. Dirty kitchen.

One of the worst hotels I stayed at. Never ever go there. Owner is very insane person.

I was in town and looking for a place with stable internet. This turned out to be very comfortable. Special call out to the owner in making the 4 day stay extra comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Mehsana and not looking for too fancy a stay The movie hall just behind is an added plus

Owner response is worst. Very rude, doesn't know how to speak to women. AC will only work at night. Exhaust only works for 5 min then stops automatically. Rooms are dirty, And on top of that they will make you feel worst when you complain about any valid issue.

Very poor experience wifi not working , too many mosquitoes they will not provide all-out even, old dirty bedsheets, they will start ac in night sleep time only , blankets not cleaned properly , free dish tv is there no any paid channel here , ac cooling poor, worst experience ever had only room space is sufficient that's it , no food facility here or not having restaurant inside the hotel or packed water here, I suggest don't book room here poor worst experience i ever had with this hotel. complimentary breakfast is one prathana served with sauce poor quality no price aluminium foil or tissue. Pls don't book here room otherwise you will definelty get suffer, no body will listen .

Staff is very helpful. Geyser isn't available in room but when you need warm water they'll provide you. It's near of mahesana city bus stop. You can easily reach to hotel by wide angle cinema. Rooms are not so clean when I was check in but later they cleaned all the rooms. All famous food restaurants are nearby of hotel. Overall good place for stay.

- the hotel is good, with spacious rooms, the host is also fair in dealing. - the only caveat he has is that he needs payment every FRIDAY - and not at checkout - so please keep in mind before going there - secondly, the host flips on his word very frequently so do get a double confirmation from him otherwise it would be uncomfortable exchanges between you and him. - the rooms are good; internet is flaky, intermittent; service is okay-ish. - there is no food/kitchen at the premise, so get your own food. There are good restaurents around this place so you won't have much problem. - once again, he needs payment every FRIDAY - and flips out if you don't pay him. So be ready for this "unwritten condition"

worst experience ever i stayed in many hotels for the last 1 years but this is the worst hotel i prefer you to go to the nearby hotel with no wifi food quality worst in complimentary you get only 2 overcooked paratha and be aware before taking extra partha because it is of 100 rupees and if you have the worst condition to stay here then please buy a mosquito and insect repellent with you
