The new Gym is like a focal point for the person who are ready for change Trainer of the Gym Mr Naresh Suhag is excellent while demonstrating training to you. He is a man with few golden words but that words are like as catalyst if you put focus on them with discipline. Last but not the least . Mr Suhag is so humble , calm , composed , dedicated and always ready for help while provide you training.
I recently joined this gym, and I can see the gains coming. The trainer of this gym is very soft spoken and helps you do the sets of higher weights. He guides everyone through their journey of becoming fit and meet goals. If I were to sum up in few words "best in the area".
The New GYM is best in bahadurgarh. Trainer of this GYM is really very nice and helpful to all person. Very well trained to all persons . Very soft spoken. Trainer also ensure diet with excercise properly . I recommend to everyone to join this GYM if you want some transformation.
