The New Body Temple is one of the finest gyms in and around Karol Bagh. I have been an active member of this wonderful gym from a couple of years. The Cardio machines are Excellent. All the gym machines and equipments are perfect for beginners and professional bodybuilders as well. The Gym Owners are extremely professional. All the fitness coaches here are so helpful and caring. Happy to be a part of this fitness gym. Most Recommended :)

Good gym if you're on a budget. Though machines are a bit old, all work fine and almost all body parts machines are available. Trainers are good. I used to work out here 8 years ago during my college days. At present, i am back here since more than 01 year. Tried 2 other gyms at same cost but found something or other missing so joined here again.

Visited Delhi for four days and was given a fair rate for using the gym twice. It is air conditioned and well ventilated. The equipment is a little old but works fine. The place has a lot of character which more modern gyms lack! There are small lockers to keep your stuff. Instructors on hand to give advice on lifting technique. Mixture of cardio and weights equipment.
