Car parking area is not good. Wi-Fi doesn't connect in the room. Reception is in first floor. Rooms were spacious. There was 24*7 hot water available. It's 2-3 kms far from the city.
Booked the room for 2 days on 28th & 29th December 2019 through Oyo... got a good deal.. Property just half hour away from most tourist places around mysore.. Parking space is available but little congested. Good and well maintained rooms.. clean bathroom. In house restaurant is not available but there is service to room from a nearby restaurant...And the receptionist Mr. Ravi Gowda and the service staff Mr. Susheel are there to assure that you have a great stay... all in all a great experience. Would surely visit again...
our room booking details EDIE9380 shared to the third person and that person cheated us by sending the hotels bank details and account number and got the balance payment of Rs. 6933/- twice. Total amount paid by us was Rs.13,866/-. Some inside group of OYO is involving in this rocket . please look into the issue seriously and refund me Rs. 13,866/- immediately
Stay was horrible. This has been the first occasion when I am utterly dissatisfied with the stay quality. At the beginning I was allotted a room on 2nd floor. The lift was non-operational. After repeated request the reception guy hepled getting the luggage to my room. On enquiry I understand there are 6 staffs in the hotel but 5 have gone on leave together leaving the 6th guy to handle the entire thing solo. After getting up in the morning I find therebwas no water in the bathroom. On enquiry I am told that municipality water supply is not there. 100% dependence on bore well water which starts coming late hence in the morning water supply is not there. What a plight of the boarder!!! I called up OYO assistance...however not much help. I sincerely recommend OYO to quit this hotel with such pathetic infrastructure.
It was nice experience to stay there, staaff was very cooperative, restaurant is not available in Hotel, but they provide restaurant contact details and menu, so we can order from Hotel, it takes time delivered your meals but food is good. The best thing, if you book through OYO you get the complimentary breakfast. Situated in main Roaa, so easy to find the location.
The staffs were friendly and well behaved. I didn't like the location though. The room was quite good for the price. And it was well maintained either. Only one thing i don't like is they don't provide food service. And there's no good restaurants nearby the location so one has to order food online. That's the only thing i didn't like otherwise it was nice stay here.
Dirty linens, rude staff. Included breakfast was served from roadside food cart buy as this place don't have restaurant. Worthy if you get pricing around 700rs. Better try olive rooms in front aashirvad grand restaurant in banni mantap road
Nice comfortable and cozy rooms.... Worth every buck they take.... Located approximately in the centre of the historic town of Mysore... This place offers bed and that's it.... Menu of a restaurant is kept in the room for you to order which will be delivered in the room.... Worth spending a night if you are in town for work.....
