The Nest by Hostelogy - Backpacker Hostel in Anjuna - North Goa, India

The ambience is brilliant! The rent is cheap. The food is great (the hostel owner makes the food upon request - he is incredibly experienced and very well-versed in many different sorts of Indian cuisine). Getting a bed during the on-season period is going to be incredibly hard because the place is so highly recommended. Do not spoil the atmosphere! Update: Haven't heard much about this establishment since my last visit some four years ago. Could be defunct.

It was my first time in a hostel and I would say it was the best. I felt so much love there I did not want to leave. The hostel is in an old Portuguese house. The rooms are spacious and kept clean. The beds are comfortable. You can have a book from the library there. Have a good time socializing in the common area. The food is amazing. Especially the chicken. Siddharth the owner is one of the best. He'll make sure you are comfortable. I went to Goa and it took me a day to come out of the hostel. I would recommend everyone who is looking to chill and spend some quality time to stay here.

Had know idea about the location of this place when we booked it, but it was a pleasant surprise! It's a house in the middle nature, with homely and calm environment. Would advise to stay here for more days and go around in this area. Also you can sit outside of it all day with your buddies and listen to music observing the scenery. You'd love the food here too! The hostel manager will too take you to beautiful locations nearby! Totally recommending it!

This place is the sweet spot. Stayed over new year's and even through an absolutely full house, the accompanying storm of arrivals and departures, and power cuts caused by a nearby music festival, Sid and his crew gave everything to make sure everyone staying here had the best of times. Whatever you need, they will take care of you, and this place will be your home. Scooter rental; breakfast; beers; chill hangout areas and more on site. Location hidden and quiet yet near the action. Priced right. Quite simply the best.

"The Nest" is an awesome place for travellers who want to explore the hosteling experience. The place perfectly located in the lap of the nature, you can hear the chirrping of the birds, and trust me it's a treat to the ears, The host Siddhath is an excellent guy. He is always there to cater to our needs and he makes sure that the guests have a comfortable stay. They also have camping option. This was my first solo trip and one of the most awesome trips I have ever had. Lovely place to stay and enjoy

Absolutely the most homely hostel I have stayed in, in all of Goa. The owner Sid has fantastic people skills and the people working there are beyond great. Met few of the best people, made great memories and not for once did i feel like I was on a tour. I highly reccomend this place not only for all the facilities they provide but it's the people there who give the place it's charm.

We had a 3 night stay to enjoy the hostel in Christmas , and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hostel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in goa . The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near anjuna goa and a main supermarket baga and within easy walking distance from the anjuna beach . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

11/10 for the supporting staff and the managers. They did a great job in making us enjoy every second in the hostel. Best part for me in TCH is that many amazing friends shalu@singer, Praveen@ care taker , rajinesh @ gymson , Anish @good friend and a lot more. I have experienced my first stay in Goa in that crazy hostel. I'm sure you will also find this place amazing
