The location is great, the decor is pleasant, and the rooms are decent. There's no hot water, the double beds tied together with some kind of a rope was digging into my neck which didn't help me sleep. 1 litre water provided on the first day, when asked to fill it up for the next day to avoid plastic we were told no and that we will have to buy a new bottle as only 1 ltr is allowed for a stay which was unreasonable according to me. It can be managed better. I liked the lady at the reception but the guy could do a lot better in hospitality with both check-in and check-out.
The hotel is in the back street near Temples and River Bank. Nice location in the walkable distance from the metro station. The room was clean and spacious. AC is appreciated in this weather. The service helped us with every question we had, and the room was cleaned on request.
Totally disappointed with the hospitality . The room decor was decent and location is good. But the reception staff ( Ms Nima) was totally rude. Very unprofessional behavior. The bedsheet and towels were not washed properly. The room size is just adequate. There is no hot water. And many pipes in washroom were leaking.
Nice fancy hotel near Marine Drive. We stayed here on our first day to Kochi, they provided us airport pickup to the hotel as we had a late flight. The rooms are good, even the common waiting room is well crafter. They have a small boutique for womens clothes which has a good collection, also a small dine out place with 2-3 tables.
Rooms are small but neat and beautiful. Good customer service. Around 900 m from South railway station.
Loved the room and bathroom which were well maintained, rooms were small but it was fine as the walls had paintings and stuffs, for few days stay this can be a good place to.
Excellent location to roam around kochi with everything right from metro to ferry at a walking distance of around 1 km.. Lots of restaurants just near you to try good food. Deluxe Rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. They have a beautiful kitchen and lobby to spend time.. Staff is polite and helpful. Washrooms are clean. One Night costs you almost 3k but it's worth it
Our stay here was comfortable in a way and also painful. Comfortable because of good bed, pillow and linen provided. Painful because it doesn't have lift and rooms are at 3rd floor.
