The location of this hotel is Super Right on the bank of river Ganga, its at a walking distance from the Shatrughan Ghat and just opposite to the Parmarth Ghat. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family The bathrooms were well maintained as well. Housekeeping was spontaneous .The quality of food is too good we had Hightea there and that Aloobonda were so yummy.spl Thanks to chef ! Staff is very helpful and courteous. Megha & Sapna both were so helpful and polite They made our stay more comfortable with there suggestions about traffic etc.Thanks Girls 5/5 from my family my mother just loved this property .I surely recommend Hotel Neeraj Ganga heritage for Rishikesh stay

Great location right on the banks of the Ganga. Convenient to both bridges. Had a balcony with a great view. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Service was great. Breakfast was great.

Highly recommend this place for a fabulous stay. Location at it's best - Ganga is right at your doorsteps with amazing views from the room of Ganga, Parmarth Niketan, Ram Jhula and River rafting. Great hospitality and service. Staff was very polite and responded to all requests in a timely manner. I had a very pleasant stay and suggest staying at Ganga view rooms - it's worth the price. perfect next to Ganga. I took the opportunity to do Ganga Aarti at the hotel.

Location of the hotel Neeraj Ganga is perfect next to Ganga. Staff is very polite and very good service. Restaurant is fantastic. Food variety is great, covering south Indian, North Indian and continental food in the breakfast. The quality and the preparation of the food is great. Rooms were neat and clean.Highly recommended.

Hotel was very pretty. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Location is average. Prices of Vegetarian dishes is so high. Prices of Vegetarian dishes are similar to the prices of non vegetarian dishes. Begun bharta the restaurant charges 300 rupees . The prices which they charge in this restaurant is totally unjust. Paying 1200 (for two people) for vegetarian dishes is totally unacceptable. Bathroom needs to be upgraded and cleaned. Bathroom was very dirty compared to the room tariff which is Rs 11000. Room is well decorated.

The Laxman Jhula is visible from the balcony of the family suite (Deveshi) that we were in. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. The bathrooms were well maintained as well. Housekeeping was done each morning. The quality of food is good, just expect a little delay in service, especially at night. But the staff is very helpful and courteous. The Sky Ganga cafe is also a part of this hotel with stunning views of the river. The breakfast spread is also decent enough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Loved the accommodation, service and friendliness of tge staff members. Would certainly stay again.

Neeraj Ganga heritage palace hotel Rishikesh Dushyant Sharma misbehaved with us as we demanded room with low price .they always give the last high price room of their property even if other rooms are available..we stayed there a day before thn again when we asked to book the low price again they go for high price room ND whn we opposed tht we wanted some other room as its not our requirement he very badly misbehaved with us..I went thr with family ND he misbehaved with females also ND threatened us to blacklist us from the property in fact a junior thr named Rohit ji is very nice ND cooperative but he can't go beyond higher ones
