We couldn't recommend Neem Tree highly enough. Peaceful/tranquil spot just 3 min walk from City Palace. We have stayed at a range of places in India and Rajasthan and not only does Neem Tree represent the best value for money but it was also our most comfortable stay anywhere. Excellent coffee at breakfast, relaxing and clean pool area to relax in the afternoon. We had a G&T on roof terrace (spectacular view) before heading out for dinner. We hope to return in the future!
Located in the heart of the city yet peaceful. Rooms and common area were very clean. Breakfast menu was limited but worth every bite. Will visit again in future for sure.
We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our Rajasthan tour and we really enjoyed it. Although it is located in the heart of the old city and is very near to the main sites, it is a very calm and relaxing place. Chandra, Helena and the other staff members were all very friendly and helpful. We ate at a couple of their restaurant recommendations and both were very good and easy walking distance. The breakfast and snacks we had at The Neem Tree were also very good,. Beautiful, comfortable, small and peaceful hotel. Close to everything, but just enough out of the super busy area. Our big group of friends were staying a few hotels in Udaipur and came for rooftop yoga and breakfast by the pool one morning and they all agreed our hotel was the best of the bunch :) Helena was lovely too.
A wonderful and pleasant stay. A boutique and heritage style property in the old city Udaipur. Lot of key attractions are at walking distance. The conditions of the rooms is really great. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Helena is a great host and rest of the staff is also welcoming and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The Neem Tree is a lovely oasis in the center of Udaipur. The location is fantastic and is walking distance to the City Palace, various temples, and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. We also really liked the unique design and decor - so beautiful! The bathroom is huge and well equipped. Helena is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The morning breakfast is delicious and the staff is super attentive. I highly recommend Neem Tree for your stay in Udaipur!
Quiet, beautiful oasis in the heart of the busy old town of Udaipur. Delicious breakfast (both Western and Indian) is included, yoga lessons on the rooftop terasse can be booked additionally. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend staying at The Neem Tree.
