A 100 for the quality of service ambiance and hospitality! Highly recommended! The Nature Spa experience is totally amazing, right from entering till the time you go back home. The moment you enter there's soothing music, a really nice aromatic fragrance and water feeling from the waterfall making a soothing sound. You instantly feel relaxed just stepping in here. The staff and manager are polite, courteous and helpful. Rahul the manager guides you through everything and helps you choose the best suited massage. The ambiance, cleanliness & hospitality is up to the mark. The massage experience - the staff guides you to a room for a foot wash, which is amazing. Then to your massage rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean and smell fresh. You'll notice a small room attached to the main room for a bath. Both of them were maintained clean. The masseuse are polite and guide you well. The message is the highlight and the staff is highly skilled and trained. They started with stretching which instantly releases any tension in your body. The staff is very well trained, the massage is very relaxing. The oils used are good. The staff knows perfect pressure and techniques which makes it hassle free. Post massage, for the bath there's hot water shower available and the staff/masseuse sets up the right temperature for the shower.. which is a really nice attention to detail. The towels provided are clean and very well starched. The bathroom is clean and the body wash and shampoo provided are really good quality. Post the massage, the staff offered green tea until the bill was made and payment was processed. Overall a perfect experience, specially to Rahul, Nancy & S* (for the name of the lady who gave the massage)! A 100 for the quality of service ambiance and hospitality!
These guys do not have any clue on what a hammam bath is!!! The staff at the reception were very arrogant Rahul and the other guy. Massage was average. Am sure Pune has much better places than this. Definately not a visit ever again.
The place has it's own natural soothing vibe. The infrastructure and interiors surely give you a really nice vibe. The masseuses are quite professional and provide good massages. The pricing is very pocket friendly as compared to the market price. Do ask for offers if you can connect over a call. They will provide you discount.
Massage was alright, but the overall hygiene wasnt great. The shower and toilet havent been maintained and theres mould growing on the walls and generally you can smell it in the massage rooms. Generally unkempt and rundown compared to when I went 6-7 years ago. The massage table's head support was also smelling. Probably not been replaced in very long.
The Aesthetic of the place with the service was good! A genuine place hidden in the busy streets of Bapat Rd.

The this which I liked about this place: 1.The spa is clean and comfortable 2.The attendants are helpful and not at all rude. 3.The Manager heard my concerns about my medical condition and conveyed same information to attendee so she can be careful. 4.I went inside with lots of concern and doubt but everyone made sure that my every concern should be addressed and I should have relaxing time
