One of worst hospital ever. My mother fell sick one day and we took her to this hospital for dips. While getting admitted for 3 hours for dips, my mother wants to remove her golden chain. But the doctor and nurse said it's not needed as it is just a 3 hour process and after that you can go home. And asked us to wait outside in the waiting hall. So, after 3 hours when we went to take our mother from bed her GOLD chain was missing. When we enquired they said we don't know. And in dips they mixed something that my mother fell asleep. When we raise question management in nameshake check few ward boys and say they don't know. Even the doctor also refused to accept that he asked to keep a gold neckless chain as it is. When we force management for CCTV there is clearly visible that my mother have gold neckless on her neck. We did police complaint as none of the management doing anything for that. But police close case saying they unable to find neckless and yes it is present on CCTV. One of the known person from hospital told that police had took bribe and hadn't took any action. There staffs are also very rude. So, if you really want to keep yourself safe and your belonging safe. Don't go to this hospital. They are just gondas. Stay safe and be alerted.

Not recommended at all, they are just making money. Staff behaviour is very rude including doctors and nurses. They don't allow you to meet patients at any cost, just to hide real condition of the patient. They won't receive your calls to the number they have given and even doctors will call you for 2-3 minutes once in a day without having any proper information about patients or he will provide you some random data. Doctors are not going to attend patients, only nurses will be there. They are not at all concerned about patients health. They charge 35k to 40k per day which includes only PPE kit charges of Rs.4000/day. You will get proper calls only if you have lost your loved once. Kindly don't get admitted in this hospital and not even recommend anybody else. Worst Hospital.

Horrible experience, they are just hungry for money. A single day charge for icu, that too without any such treatment, is beyond imagination. Worst staff and rude behaviour. There's no proper senior doctor available for treatment and they leave the patients day after day on junior doctors' responsibility. There's no proper coordination between staff and provide discounts only to people who have reach to higher authority members of their hospital. Till date, this is the worst hospital in Durgapur, its a genuine opinion not to admit or treat your family or near and dear ones here.

Taken our the golden chain from my mother's neck when she was unconsious and admitted in emergency just for the saline for 1 hour. Worst hospital ever seen. AGM and doctors were very very rude. They even dont want to talk and misbehaved with me and my family.

The hospital killed my father Main doctor never talked to me .. Only last day he talked... There was no link between the words of one doctor with the doctor who called next day. On 17 may 2021 father was fine ... Immediately next day he deteriorated and died on 19/05/2021 Only for namesake doctors are there .. Please never admit in this hospital... I am myself a student.. I can't get over the loss please never admit and even if u admit think twice

Worst hospital , not recommended at all , they just want to drain the money whatever you have , no proper communication with doctors , while taking in patient hospital CMO is talking very politely its looks this is the best hospital in the world but once you admitt your beloved then all things will be spoiled, so please do not even think to visit this hospital at any cost its better to keep your patient in the house and take care , ICU staff don't care whether patients taking foods or not even if patient will irritate then they will stop the medication also , please please do not visit even with sawasti card , please don't think money will deduct from sawathi card and you do not have to pay the thing is your patient will become more critical, the administration staff is unable to answer properly, bad behaviour with the guardian, no one allowed to go inside , before entering you have to tell whole story to the security all time then may be they will allow . They just care money money money money in the form of cash or sawastik card . I have a very bad experience , I have written this much just to aware the people regarding this hospital to safe the beloved one. No senior or experienced doctors available, they will keep your patient even if they don't have treatment just for money and they will refer at the end when the things become critical. So please take care of your beloved and think 100 times if you are planning to visit.

Staffs behaviour is very rude and they deal with money first. I took my patient at 8pm for admission, but they make it after 4hrs and came back at 2am. Same thing happened at the te of discharge also.. i have processed everything at around 7pm but they have discharged the patient at 11:45pm. THE MOST THIRD CLASS HOSPITAL IN DURGAPUR EVER SEEN IN LIFE.
