The Narayani Continental Hotel - Hotel in Gangtok - East District, India

Hotel is good, ambiance is also good, staffs behavior is also good, rooms and toilet are good clean too, u can rate 5 out of 5. But location is far from mentioned review , bit far from Mg marg walking distance 18/24 mint, and there is lot of ups and down in the road you must have to take car for up down to hotel the charge of car 100/200/300 . if you have any old aged person with you should avoid the hotel. Another thing there is construction work of road around 200/300 meter in front of hotel so u can't take car direct in front of hotel youhave to carry your own bag pack by ur self.

the hotel was awesome staffs were very good and coperative. awesome experience its just they don't have fans but in the afternoon you will feel little hot because it is june month. In night the weather is awesome. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. No service from the staff and all the bedsheets, blankets, towels, etc. were dirty. No drinking water was available and even dinner was very bad and was just brought from outside and heated. Breakfast was very bad. I recommend not to come to this hotel. The service was the worst.

AVERAGE !! The requested room was not provided even though booking was done more than a month before. We had to shift to the bigger room on the second day which was inconvenient. The bathroom was stinking badly. Towels were dirty. Service was good.

All are great worth it you will get discounted rate also through directly from them as well as services .Thanks every one for making my stay comfortable.Hope to see you again in future

The hotel is located at a very convenient distance from mg marg and the breakfast they provided was absolutely delicious and felt like home made food, especially the aloo parathas. The rooms are pretty clean too, only problem is of the absence of lift as we had our room on the third floor. Except that, everything was great and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Hotel Narayani Continental is located in a very peaceful environment. The main market called MG road is just 1 km away and convenyance is always available. I want to thank Lydia , Mr. Sagar and Arvind for their great hospitality and prompt service which was always available. Lydia always made sure that the check in process was smooth and whatever we needed was provided in a short period. One thing which we loved the most was the food which was served in the hotel , the taste and quality of food is really good and the prices of the dishes are quite affordable and not really pricey. The room was amazing, a great view from the window , the washroom was really nice and Arvind always helped with providing us hot drinkable water and anything if needed. Mr. Sagar helped us with giving guidance to travel and to know more about Gangktok city which is really a beautiful city. Thus everything was really great and we enjoyed staying at his hotel.
