The Mountain Courtyard - Resort hotel in Kumily - Idukki, India

Excellent resort with most beautiful views as is set in a jungle. The staff are excellent and very welcoming. The welcome drink, is something I haven't had before ,as it had the most exquisite taste and very refreshing. The resort is set in most beautiful greenery with so much nature around you. A mini lake, an Amphitheatre, lovely coffee unit all set in such divine atmosphere. The staff are all so so amazing , always at hand. Beautiful flowers surround everywhere especially the The Lady Shoe Flower hanging throughout.

We had an amazing experience and stay at The Mountain Courtyard. They took care of everything and even our requests. Definitely worth every penny. Good breakfast. I should have taken one more day stay to enjoy the property. They also have some cultural program and activities which you can include in you itinerary.

Beautiful and tranquil location, with awesome views. Both our rooms and bathrooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities. The huge variety of delicious authentic Kerala and multi-cuisine dishes along with the beautiful ambience and courteous staff provided a wonderful dining experience. The welcome tea was sublime. All the staff were amazing. They were all very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely surreal! My family and I were here for a sadly short but surely sweet visit. And we had a splendid time. The rooms were immaculate, food was scrumptious and ambiance was serene. The only downside was that we had to leave too soon.

Stayed here for a night but wished I could have stayed here longer. It's a very relaxing place with wonderful programming. I particularly enjoyed the cooking class and Kathakali performance. The food was also top notch and the staff very friendly.

We stayed in this resort from 2nd Nov to 3 Nov 23. The property is well maintained with a good pool, well arranged entertainments to keep the guests engaged. The road to the property for around 300 meters is not so good, else it's an awesome experience to stay there. The staff is very courteous and mindful. We did have a wonderful stay there and recommend to my friends.

1. Road to reach the resort is bit tough, be prepared to come with good driver or well maintained car. 2. Service and Staff are really good and helpful 3. Excellent views, well maintained rooms 4. Complementary tea service, breakfast and snacks are delicious 5. I enjoyed my stay here!

Visited the mountain resort and felt like I was invisible to the staff. Non-existent service, from check-in to dining. It's not a resort, it's a self-service disappointment. Save your money for a place that actually values its guests." The resort is 300 mt inside the road bad road no road. If going go with skill driver of high cliff driving experience Nil service at all. Very rough staff. Food quality pathetic. Food served was chilling cold. Room service came and didn't clean room. How can be 5 It deserves no star
