Govt ensured INDUSTRY-FREE ZONE in Neral, which ensures 100% pollution free air, next to Matheran; GOOD FOR HEALTH; 2. Really EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT i.e. ADMINISTRATION in 'The Morning', which ensures everything systematically provided, with really good approach, particularly of Mr. Deshmukh in sales; 3. GOOD GARDEN LIKE FEEL in the campus i.e. in the project itself; 4. EXCELLENT SPORTS FACILITIES being prepared (on the way); community hall already ready; 5. Ample vacant spaces in the project; 6. Excellent feel of a cosy home; we had booked an RK; we were impressed and we booked another BHK; we, particularly my daughter, are happy in the campus; 7. This project is at a walking distance from Neral railway station. Neral is a really an upcoming clean place, on the verge of becoming a city.
I am a member of the society staying in H-wing, about this society I can say it's a Well maintained beautiful society all the staff is very co-operative. If there are any problems we just have to discuss it with them they are always ready to solve it.

Sharwil CBSE School is the best school in Neral. School management and teachers are excellent. We have personally experienced four teachers, sakina miss, vidya miss, anita miss, aiman teacher, they teach very well. The school has the best teachers.
