As a solo business traveller, it was a great experience to stay at The Monarch Turbhe. Reasonable pricing for short stays with a breakfast in the morning, much suited for business travellers. The staff is very polite and helpful. I appreciate the efforts of Mr. Vijay Pandey and Mr. Nilesh & Mr. Bhavesh for ensuring the comfortable stay at this property.
Firstly I was made to wait for 1 hour in the lobby even after making an advance reservation 2 to 3 days back. Atleast I should been informed that they don't have rooms vacant and I would have to wait for an hour. It was only informed to me on post my enquiry. Overall I would still recommend this place for a budget stay with neat and clean rooms.
Rooms are super good, but hotel management should work on improvement of the food quality. Saw a few flies on the breakfast buffet which was a disappointment, also while checking in at 3 AM, it was hard to find the way to the hotel. Only if they improve these two things, the hotel is perfect and capable of bringing in good crowd.
Thanks all for sharing reviews. I was about to book this hotel but will stay at different place. Hotel mgt is quick to call police when customer complained but they just apologies when mistake is from hotel side.
3rd class hotel with 3rd class staff . They charged us 1800 bcz I had put rose petals on bed though the marks are washable. Staff ( Vijay pandey) don't have any manners how to talk to guest. So rude so humiliation we beared. They called police and gave wrong information. Don't trust this hotels nd staff. I would rate this hotel minus -1
