This hotel offers excellent service no matter what. Food at restaurant is so good for the price. Rooms are very luxurious and spacious and very cheap. Room service and receptionist are very co-operative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Rooms are good and quiet, food is also great and service is also good. However they can have better accessories. The iron box provided was cheap quality one, i struggled to iron my shirts with that. Also front desk staff struggles with check in check out. Also i think charge is high for the location and service.
Front Office staff is very co-operative. Abhishek from reception provided me with valuable information about places to visit near the hotel. Food at Pier One was fantastic. Overall stay was good.
Very comfortable stay! Clean rooms, prompt service, good food that is freshly made and served. The only issue is that drinking water is at a premium. Suggestion is that water can be given in glass bottles and refilled from the hotel filter. Packaged water can be kept for people who ask for it.
I had the best experience to stay over here with my 1 yr old son. The staff is so cooperative and helpfull, even they provided special food for my baby who have several food allergies thank you Chef Durga for your hospitality. And talking about the food it is very tasty. Overall thanks a lot for giving such nice experience.

Great hotel for the price. Service is good and food as well. Dedicated wifi per room is good and hence good stable connection during calls. They need to reduce the in room water bottle service, almost 4x the regular price.
The stay is seamless, they are very helpful and efficient. It is literally a thrilling experience. Whenever i am in Navi Mumbai there is no better place than this to stay. Thank you Monarch for your services. Extremely satisfied with everything specially the staff members. Lovely people.
