I had the pleasure of visiting Hotel The Mohan's yesterday, with my family and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with great attention to detail. Place is quite good but I had a bad experience at the time of paying bill. They include 5% service charge on bill which is okay for me to pay for the services . When i payed the bill 3 waiters gathered and asked for tip from me. When I said service charge is included why they are asking for tip? They said shaam 7 bje se ldd'kaa sevaa meN lgaa huaa hai aur aapko 25% ddiskaauNtt bhii krvaa diyaa to bntaa haiN denaa aapkaa /
When i was leaving the bar I asked waiter's name, he told me his name Naresh in a very rude manner.
This kind of behaviour is unexpected when you have paid the service charge.
Good restro in the heart of deep market. The rate are reasonables. Located adjacent to India Post Office. Staff are good and polite. Nearest metro station is keshavpuram and shalimar bagh. Nearest bus stop is deep market itself. Bus route 166, 912, 235, 142, 034 halt here. Parking space is also available but in limited numbers.
The food was good. A personal area was provided to our family and hence family enjoyed a private space.
The ambience could have been worked upon.
Snacks served were just ok.
Mutton and Dal Makhani were good and worth mentioning.
Mohan' s has a legacy in two decades in Ashok vihar.
Banquet and restaurant service is not good and forward manager's behavior is very bad, foul language is used, lights are switched off before time and food is not served on time
Very nice hotel i loved it The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The owner and Manager whose name is Mr Jha both are doing scam . I booked then for my reception then they canceled the booking just few days before reception and denied to return booking amount . I had to call police but they bribe them to.
Please never trust them they are cheaters . They did the same thing with lots of other people
