The Mission hospital is one of the popular hospitals in west Bengal. I have visited two times and observed a few things: 1- The hospital is Lower than average. 2- The staff of the hospital don't have good and effective sync with the system. 3- The hospital authority doesn't want to hear from you properly so they are unable to deliver better experiences 4- The services they provided are hopeless. They charged a handsome amount of fees but delivered poor quality services. 5- The system is very slow. If you booked an appointment earlier to get your job done quickly then you will be disappointed. For example if you booked any doctors earlier to skip the long queue, remember that it will never happen. Doctor's appointments are not transparent. You will not be able to know what your waiting number is or your esteemed time is. 6- As per my knowledge Lipid profile test takes about 1-2 hours but here your reports delivery time will be about 5-7 hours. 7- The system is very slow like govt hospitals. 8- The interesting fact is doctors don't even bother to listen to your problems most of the time. Maybe they abide by their own law. They are irresponsible. Most of them take about 5 minutes to consult with one patient. After consulting every patient they took about 10-15 minutes pause and then continue to consult. Like this way it took longer than expected to consult. 9- Few nurses and staff should learn how to behave well with someone
I was admitted in mission hospital for a surgery. After the surgery they really taken care and jijo vb from male ward his dedication to work is impressive. He has the proper skill of dressing and all. Thank you all for your service.
Most of the staff and receptionists are not well behaved, very rude and doesn't treat patients with empathy. Most of the doctors' assistants speak harsh and even create loud fight scenes with patients. Specifically with the lady photo attached is rude at its best. If people are not happy with their jobs then they should leave and not take out frustration on clients, especially for hospital patients already suffering should be atleast talked politely. Even if appointments are booked well advanced on call, you will end up waiting for long hours (min 2hrs) to visit doctor. Poor queue management and highly u professional behavior of staffs.
Rude staff, ignorant doctors, no value for money, slow tests. It does not end. Had to pay 1.5 lac in a day without even a diagnosis. No justification for the treatment they provide, arrogant doctors dont like to keep anyone in the loop for what they're doing with the patient. Outrageously costly for the kind of service they provide. You'd be treated like a money minting machine here. Worst experience I've ever had on a hospital. Would recommend any place else but nor here. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.
Worst hospital ever . Stafs rude doctor rudes . They don't provide food properly even medicine. Their nurse is immature. The mission hospital does not know the value of money . They play with your body with your emotions. They can't respond ur any actions . The worst hospital ever seen. Stuff are very rude. Services are very poor. Don't give food properly to patient. Even regular medicines (like for BP, Diabetes) are not provided correctly. Different stuff said different statements. They provide OT timing; but OT has been delayed by hours even 1-2days. Mediclaim service is also very poor.
One of the best hospital in West Bengal, really it's meant for best 5 hospital in India; specially for corporate treatment as well as private too. For private treatment might be you have to spend little bit money but the management and specially the doctors are out of the box. I got my life back on this hospital after hospitalized for long 45 days with 6 major operations on my body. For me it's REINCARNATION. Thanks to the doctor's team and the whole management.
