Nobody is there to pick up calls. This is how a clinic is managed. Call are made for appointment and everyone is busy in there personal things. Management plz look in this matter. This is not 1st time .
The Centre is updated. Receptionist are knowledgeable. Behaviour of all staff is good and cooperative.
Today I am calling many times but no one received the call . That's why they are not active.
Waiting time flactuate a lot. Doctors often come late. Not all doctors from main hospital visit here. And for WBHS or any other health scheme patients , they don't consider here. Such discounted price is only available at main hospital only. Even for pathological tests they don't consider WBHS rates here. Doctor fees are Rs 400 to Rs 500 plus for first time patients RS 100 as registration charges. Good part is the medicine store where they provide 10% discount and most of the prescribed medicines are available. It is good for follow-up visits for Asansol people after surgery at main hospital. If your doctor visits here then followup treatment can be continued in this clinic. The lady receptionist does not know anything about the services and sometimes misguide over phone and does not inform if ever required. Demand is there for such service and a lot of scope for improvement.
Very useless receptionist uneducated don't know how they hire this kind of people's they even don't know how to talk to a customer, can't expect anything. Very bad experience it's better you go durgapur or just Take 10 day's time and go to Banglore saty sai Hospital or Chennai It's very Good options...
This is the deadliest hospital, do not ever admit your family , friends in this hospital , they won't survive. Doctor's are worst ,they just love money nd human life doesn't matter to them. *****STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL*******
The girl in the reception takes money from the patients for name booking so that they can come late and get their name in the first list. If this is the case then why we have to book one weak before for any doctors appointment. The receptionist should know how to speak. She remains quite and ignore the question asked to her. Her attitude is hopeless.
No management at all... doctor comes late and is too rude... They are only focused on making bills...will never suggest this clinic to anyone
