Sufficient equipments, neat and clean, met Shubham, and other guy from ground floor who brought me in the gym were all welcoming and then comes gym manager Sunil seems very rude..given offer of 2500 a month, take or leave rudely.
I would suggest keep some one who is good at negotiation at counter, rather blunt.
I would rate only 1 star bcoz of the reception guys.. they r rude and they don't know how to talk to customers.. gym is good, trainers looks good.. but 2 men who sits at the reception are busy in phones even when customer is talking to them and that's why they don't remember kis cutomer se kya baat Hui thi.. I paid for 1 month but for the second month they denied me the same price.. they increase the price for second month.. they put increased amount in machine when I said no it's not the right amount they returned my card and said fee is increased.. wow means no talks no convincing just card wapas kardo..
Metropolitan gym of all services n trainers qualifies are so good n perfect. This Gym has good family environment .it is why I really like metropolitan health club.
