Nice location with many offices in same area. Buffet service is good but needs improvement. On request food items arranged by staff. Breakfast menu is very good and lots of variety available. Some of snacks items available in room along with beer which is Billed while checking out. AC in rooms are good. Big screen led provided. Nice rooms with neat and clean services

The hotel maintains international standard in terms facilities and the quality of services. The entire staff team was polite and made our group stay very comfortable. Had a best experience. Dinning at the hotel was also an excellent one that left our taste buds not to forget the delicious cuisines. Overall 5 stars and more

Stayed 3days for an official trip. It is very clean and cozy . Rooms are spacious, small refrigerator, LED TV, wardrobe available. Breakfast spread is good and taste also good. Food price is costly but being in middle of IT tech park this what we can expect. Staffs are friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I loved it.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Located in a very calm,clean n safe premises. Rooms were cozy n spacious, co operative staff,good food n secured car parking. We were v happy n satisfied with everything. Hotel booking in Chennai is sorted for lifetime

Aroma restaurant is decent place to have a modest buffet. They don't have to many varieties. But whatever they offer, it taste really good. Quality is better than number of dishes. Nice ambiance but they switched off the A/C after 9pm :(

Very good place to stay. I was staying in executive room, it was big and with all amenities. The room had mini fridge, TV, reading/working table with chair. The room was spacious with large windows that allow good natural light. Morning complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of spread. I found the location of this hotel convenient because my office is also in the same IT park. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Chennai.

Five stars for room size. But hotel should focus on maintenance. Telephone was not working. Bills cannot be settled in cash as such transactions are rare. TV volume very low. Remote was not working. Wide staircases on 2 sides. Only 1 lift though. The Hotel is located inside Ascendas IT Park so if there is no vehicle, it would become very difficult to walk to or fro due to the distance, especially during monsoon. Breakfast was good. Nice view from 9th floor. Overall good business hotel.

Just an average budget business hotel. If it wasn't for work I would definitely not prefer this place. Staff is impolite and rude Rooms are just above average but needs to improve a lot, bedding linen has scars all over them. However the room service is good and the boys do a good job cleaning. The hotel walls re all very old that the wallpapers are coming out. Lunch and dinner buffet is good , Breakfast is just average. Staff especially around the restaurant must mend their attitude and learn customer service and being polite.
