The Menino Regency - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Such a disappointing experience ! We wanted a quick place for refreshment before boarding our bus and found this hotel available for booking online on an hourly basis. We just needed for less than an hour however we were forced to pay for a minimum of 3 to 6 hours as they were not providing for an hour. Expected the room to be quite hygiene but again it was a disappointment . Room was smelly, mosquitoes around, washroom accessories were broken , commode was totally a mess and unhygienic. We could not fight back or change room as we were already in a rush. Though the hotel from outside look pretty decent , our experience was a complete regret

The Menino Regency provides you rooms at affordable rates. The hotel is located at a nice location but the entrance is little tricky to find, as it's in the opposite direction of the main road. The rooms are of perfect size for a 2 people. Rooms are cleaned daily. Washrooms can be better but can't complain much. They do provide early check-in and late check-out, but need to enquire it with the Check-in desk. Only issue is that their restaurant is closed for some reason since COVID period. However there are multiple restuarant options nearby. Overall an above average Hotel. One can try it.

Very bad service and reception. Staff is not properly trained and are very rude not to mention the rooms are very bad quality and damp. The AC was broken and the bed is swampy and uncomfortable. Not recommended at all

Worst service, we booked the rooms from go ibibo but rooms are very bad and smoking smell in the room. When requested for cleaning room they are saying they don't have room freshener and no other rooms. Now i have started expressing my anger then they have issued a new room. After paying amount still the service is worst.

They don't accept Walk-ins only bookings, receptionist said room are not for locals(Goa). Neither he allow locals to see the Rooms, straight way he said we don't show the rooms, he is kind of rude, establishment need to look after this matter its not good for your business specially in the capital of state

Worst hotel .. very rude receptionist.maybe did a favour giving a room...pathetic cleanliness..fans not working..phone not working..mattresses flat..stinking curtains..they can do so much to the hotel by keeping it clean and friendly but i guess the owner is absolutely not interested in the property...such a horrible experience..wouldn't recommend to anyone

We have book a stay for 2nights. The reception people's are very kind. We have our bus late so they said we can take a late check out but have to pay extra which was quite easy. We enjoyed living there. It is ancient times building with some old interiors and a bit broken things. But the stay was very clam and peaceful. We loved it. All the money you charge to hotel is worth it just for the location it's near to famous church.

It's a ok place to stay for a single person. Washroom is very small and lots of insects are found crawling here and there. They have car parking space. If they can improve the insecticide issue with cleanliness, then it's a good place to stay. Hotel staff are good, they are always ready to help.
