Beautiful jain temple located on the Aihole hills, you can get splendid views of the Aihole and all the temples of it on top of the hill. There are steps to go on top no dangers. There are two temples. But road to reach is conjested you have to leave your vehicles beneath no safety. But it's ok no problem there are some homes .

The place has not been maintained as good as the one's in badami or pattadkal. The view from the top is great but the area needs to be maintained ( given importance ).

Beautiful temple on a hilltop. Temple is quite beautiful with great carvings. Bit of climbing of stairs is involved but the view from top is great. Parking on main road only, not sure if it is completely safe. Also the top of hill is secluded and don't recommend for solo travelers and women group. I found a group of boys probably bunking college but was not comfortable with their looks. One star less for location and no facilities. Great temple and city view for photography

Beautiful temple located on a hill. You need to walk a bit away from the Aihole temple complex and then need to climb considerable steps to reach this temple. The carvings in this temple are beautiful and the view from the top makes it worth the efforts to climb up here.

Meguti Jain Basadi is located on Meguti Hills..You have to climb some steps to get on the top of the hill..Clean temple..From the top of the hills you can get a nice view of Aihole..Big premises..

Meguti Jain temple is located in Aihole, Karnataka. It's close to Pattadakal. This temple is approx 14 kms from Pattadakal and approximately 37 kms from Badami. You can get a direct bus from Badami bus stand. There's no entry fee. View is so awesome from the top. You have to climb steep steps to reach on the top. This temple is built on hilltop of Aihole. Architecture of this temple is amazing.

Really amazing place, this place is near by druga temple of aihole. To reach meguti jain temple we have to climb a small hill after reaching top there is a amazingly flat surface. Right side corner of temple was very much impressive, where sunlight falls on water pond and reflect and gives impressive look like silver and shiny lake.

There is a 6th-century Jain temple on Meguti hill just above the Buddhist temple. You can take the walkway to meguti hill from Mallikarjun temple complex. It would be 150 steps to reach the monument. This early Dravidian style Temple is dedicated to Jain Tirthankar. It has old inscription present on the wall of the temple. This place gives the beautiful view of entire Aihole heritage town and surrounding ruins.
