I stayed for 2 days Hot water was not coming in room no 206 Many times I told at reception but it couldn't work I went with my kid so I asked for one more towel at that time they were tilling we could provide only 2 towels could not give one more

I stayed here for two days with my wife and two daughters. Stay was excellent. Service was top class. Food was extraordinary. I would absolutely recommend everyone to visit Hotel Mamta at Rushivan Resort to experience the Top-Notch hospitality. Great experience.

Very nice resort. All the staff are quite friendly...Rooms were big and clean.. Food also delicious. Overall experience was good and recommend for short vacation...

Loved the location and the quality, (keeping the in mind the humble backdrop). I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the north Indian food menu, which is vegetarian only. Cleanliness can always be upscaled, but was clean enough. The rooms are huge and the washrooms likewise. The view is great. But the best however, is the service. People are understanding, polite and ready to help.

The hotel is very good , no doubt, but the only thing I felt is missing was the LIFT . I think there should be a lift and Yess , the way to hotel is complex tooo. I feel , hotel ka road ek alag way mai ho and direct ho and not through an amusement park

Nice Hotel in lap of nature. All rooms are spacious having balcony facing the river bank. We may observe fresh breeze and chirping of birds in morning. People may enjoy indoor games and swimming pool here. You can also enjoy amusement park here. Worthy to visit.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! I wouldn't have even given the one star but can't go ahead with this review if I didn't. The man at reception Sanjay talks with disgust, has no sense of manner and acts like he's providing a free service to guests who come to stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel and had 2 kids to sort out the morning of the check out we already decided to pay extra charges for a late check out for a smooth exit whilst sorting the kids. We informed front desk who were ok at the time and then kept calling and knocking on the door whilst we were trying to wear clothes and pack our bags. We had to rush out so quick when Sanjay came up himself (this was the 4th time someone had knocked by now) the kids were half dressed and items literally thrown into the suitcases because he demanded us to leave within 5 minutes whilst arguing and degrading my partner standing at the room door. When we eventually arrived downstairs there wasn't a soul in sight (guest wise) and we were left finishing off packing our items and dressing the kids properly in the hotel lobby. Sanjay acted as if there was a queue of people to check in and as I already mentioned there wasn't a single guest in the hotel and approximately 12-15 staff members sitting around doing nothing. Just to add the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom smell was so vile every time we had to use it we had to hold our breath and try not to vomit. We called reception 3 times about cleaning it and doing something about the smell but NOTHING worked. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! We were given a room spray to use each time we had to use it. Food in restaurant is served overly oily and they get your order wrong when writing it down even though we were the only table in the restaurant they were serving. All and all an awful experience till date and I will be escalating this to higher authorities!
