BE CAREFUL when dealing with this unprofessional business. They will provide a quote then make a U turn and add GST after providing a written rate on email. Possibly they were not paying taxes till now and have been caught. I wish these Gulmarg properties learn how to come up to at least National if not International standards.
Very poor service, hygiene and cleanliness. Extremely uncooperative staff. Very bad food. In the peak of night when it was chilling they switched off the room heaters. It was chilling cold and the got water was not working. One can hardly move inside the rooms, they are Extremely small. Disgusting place, plz do not stay here.
1. First of all we were fooled by our travel operator that it is a premium property. He charged us for a 4 star stay and provided us this hotel which is no more than 1 star. It is also worth mentioning this that most travel operators in kashmir are scam masters and they can overcharge you like hell especially if you book at short notice. 2. The rooms are too congested, not even enough for two people. Bathrooms are stinky and unclean, the linens were not properly washed and were having stains. Even the blanket was appearing very dusty and untidy. 3. The food was not upto the mark and they were serving dinner buffet only till 9 PM whereas the general practice is to serve till 10.30 PM. This caused us unnecessay hussle as we were tired after the Gandola ride and wanted to rest for some time before the dinner but we couldn't as we were afraid of missing the dinner. 4. Overall, it was a complete scam for us as we paid a hefty sum to our operator for which we deserved a much better hotel
The ONLY big plus is the closeness to the Gondola Ride entrance. Rooms are good but very small as not much moving space. Surprisingly NO mirror in the bathroom. Water gets stagnated and does NOT drain in the bath area.Really unhygienic and pathetic and utter poor infrastructure. Front desk very unfriendly and unempathetic. The WORST PART is the restaurant. You will be welcomed with "Empty Dish Trays". They just serve very less items either be breakfast or dinner. My family had to starve due to this and had to look for food elsewhere during sightseeing all the time. Overall a very disappointing stay and frustrating experience. Poor management and poor infrastructure.
It's Located just 10 minutes walk away from Gondola station. The big room heater and rooms were pretty clean.Have decent jain food . The hospitality and service were top notch all the hotel staff are very good.
One of the best hotel in Gulmarg. Staff were good, they helped us to carry our luggage from the taxi point. Rooms were with centralized heater. The welcome drink khawa was very tasty. We were allowed to keep our bags before checkin time and it was safe! View from balcony was treak to eyes. We loved the food!
The hotel is good and rooms are very cozy. The rooms have decent sized balcony as well. The road to the hotel is not that good. The Service and food of the hotel was amazing.

The high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The quality of food, hospitality, ambience was the best we ever received. Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient.
