Someone of mine had referred me to this hotel but better than this the people of Dharamshala keep it clean especially the driver room is very dirty The owner of this hotel should pay attention to this It's the same thing here, "high end faded dish" When I talked to the manager of this hotel about the rooms and asked him to clean them, he started making various excuses. is this called management? you should be ashamed.

During New year I want to stay at a good hotel but experience became worse as I entered the room. No proper arrangements were made, no service quality. Some of the major points: 1.Rooms and washroom are not properly clean and the rust was there on showers. 2. No proper maintenance. 3. Bad quality of service: wifi was not working, asked for bathrobes and hair dryer but it never came. 4. Food is also not good. I asked for toast breads but they told me do it by yourself. 5. No price justification. Please go in another hotel with this price range you will get much more facilities.
Overall we had a good stay at the marque hotel. Rooms need improvement, staffs are very nice and polite and the food was excellent.
Stay was very Good and comfortable.Thank you for the decoration.and the service given by the front office staff Ms.Richa was extremely fabulous .Thanks for the great and wonderful service.
