Went for the Saturday lunch buffet. Loved it and appreciated the wide variety especially as we were super hungry. The ambiance is nice, spacious but still allowing for a pleasant bustle, and I guess that hanging metal ceiling light fixture is very recognisable. We were happy to notice a sumptuous chaat corner right at the start. But the welcome is led by desserts, which is right up my alley! I couldn't get enough of vegan chocolate mud pie - perfectly sweet, gooey and lovely. The chia seed and coconut porridge was an interesting dish, perfect for those looking for low sugar desserts. Same can be said about the sugar free panna cotta. The baked yoghurt was alright, but a good choice again if you're looking for low sugar fare. Lots of fresh fruits were available in this section, as were salads that included millet and quinoa dishes. From the main fare, the fish cooked in black bean sauce was excellent. I also really enjoyed the pineapple and tomato fried rice. The Ambur Biryani was good, and made for a great combination with the Fish Moilee. Other items on my plate were great, fresh sushi; soft ratatouille; Andhra style chicken curry; and crumb fried fish with a chilli tartar. The pomegranate mocktail was refreshing, but the mini focaccia was bitingly salty to be enjoyable. The staff is great - very friendly and professional. It would be even better if they are a bit more mindful about restocking missing bowls, spoons, and making sure all counters have a service person. A little more awareness of the surroundings would make the experience smoother. Overall, we had a lovely time filling up. I went back for the mud pie, of course!
Went here for team lunch. Ambience is superb. You will feel like wow. Atmosphere is excellent. Staff service is commendable and best. That's what they charge for I believe. Coming to food, it was not that best as I are outside in some other buffet. Starters were good but main course was just just ok. Nothing great. Madras chicken curry, paneer makhani was just okish. There were multiple counters with different varieties of food. I believe they must display on top of each counter that what type of food I can get; menu names were displayed btw. Sweets and other items were good. Juice items like masala cola, pineapple were more ice cubes less juice flavours. Ghevar and Rabdi was best. Chat items were also great in taste.
Got to dine at The Market in Ritz Carlton for a team lunch. I must say the first look was quite amazing. The spread was insane with a minimum 5-course meal. Too many options to select from.. they've got Salads (make you're own as well), confectionery, live chaats, Asian cuisine, continental cuisine, and desserts and multiple options in those as well. The service was very quick and the food quality was great. I would recommend the market for a really upscale business dinner or with family as well. it's worthwhile if you are a good eater.
So i will be really honest about the review. I loved the hospitality, i loved the staff behaviour, ambience 10 on 10 but the food was a bit disappointing, items being bland. Like butter chicken is supposed to be rich in flavour but it wasn't like that. Over all the continental dishes were good but Indian wasn't as expected. Had a buffet at so many places, but at 3000/- per person it wasn't worth that much. Maybe it's my personal review as i like my food full of flavours and i have been impressed with the quality at many other great places. Over all 4 stars, 10/10 for everything but for the food a straight 7. I would love to go there again to explore its breakfast and lunch menu.
Nice ambience, awesome food. Haven't had such a good spaghetti in white sauce before. Their yogurt with fruits is a must-have.
A joint worth the 5 Star tag! Our 1st visit to this restaurant and we went for their Weekday Breakfast Buffet. Now typically, a weekday buffet is usually the most "standard and basic" offering since most of the "special" bits are reserved for Weekends. However, our experience here was nothing short of memorable. Decor : Lavish, gorgeous and extravagant. The restaurant makes you feel youre not sitting in just any fancy place, but rather a proper 5 star hotel establishment. You immediately feel youve been transported to someplace special. Service : Cracker of a service! Prompt clearing of dirty plates, replenishment of silverware, multiple check ins & recommendations from servers. Food : From the variety on offer to the actual taste of each of said item, this place hit it out of the park. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, beautifully crafted and executed to the tee. The dishes on offer too were not your usual suspects but rather an elevated experience with the likes of Avocado Toast, Eggs Benedict etc. Misses : If I had one feedback for them would be to have some sort of Breakfast Pastry or Dessert options as well. Those were sorely missed!
Could not express the welcoming & hospitality extended to us. Mr. Michel cheff was very cordial Stunned seeing the dishes. Very tasty.
Friendly staff and best buffet. Great options for vegetarians too

I have never rated a restaurant with 5 stars but this one definitely deserves it. Everything is perfect over here be it ambience, service, food or drinks. And it's so reasonable. Its theme is of a cave and it's beautiful. Food over here is a 10/10, i
We went to celebrate a birthday. After booking, they again gave a call back to confirm the timing and what message to be written on the cake. They had reserved a table for us right next to the pool. All the staff was very polite. The food was too goo
