We stayed in Valley facing Suite Room. The room was very spacious, bathroom very large and nice view from Balcony. Breakfast was nice but Al carte dinner was not tasty. Service was good but very Slow therefore giving one less star. Terrace sitting is nice and quite and have a nice view. We didn't know that they have rooms there and would prefer to stay in terrace rooms for sure. Good front desk and room service. Big rooms and nice balcony view
It's was a nice stay. Room was spacious and neat n clean. Food quality n taste is excellent. Mr Lawrence, the hotel manager, is a very nice person .Other staffs are also very polite and professional. The room was very good and the service was excellent! The hotel have roof top mountain view and outdoor sitting...one can enjoy the scenery. Overall it was memorable stay!!
We returned from Gangtok a week back and our stay at Daizzo Maple Residency was amazing. Clean rooms, picturesque view from the rooftop, tasty menu and excellent overall ambience. The concierge was very helpful and informative right from the booking stage. Thankful to them to organize the drivers, guides to help us navigate with the sightseeing. People at the diners were well behaved and courteous. Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel.

THATSWHY THE GUEST CANCEL THE BOOKING ON THIS WE DONE TOKEN PAYMENT AT HOTEL BUT WHEN WE ASK FOR REFUND TO HOTEL THEN AT HOTEL MR AMIT DENYED TO REFUND THE TOKEN PAYMENT (5000) WE ASK FOR GIVE ME SOME SENIOR PERSON CONTACT SO WE CAN DISCUSS THE MATER. ACCORDING TO HIM HE IS #SWEAPER #HELPER & #GM ALL IN ONE. SO BE CAREFUL TO SEND ADVANCE PAYMENT TO THIS HOTEL OTHERWISE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
The rooms are big and that's just about it. We booked three suites with the hotel but all rooms are under furnished and your voice echoes as you speak... There is no warmth and it feels as you are sitting in a large hall with sound coming in from streets and lobby. The staff is not rude but they just won't respond to anything you ask or complain. Bfast was below average with no fruits served on day1 and only one fruit on subsequent days (banana/papaya) after complaining. Curd served was not set and Vada sambar served without chutney... Don't know what to say here but they need to learn what's a buffet. Generator backup is only limited to one light in room and TV with no backup for switches on side tables for charging or connecting medical equipment like oxygen generation required overnight as is used by senior citizens.

1st hotel of our vacation. Stayed for 3 days. Here everything is good and I love this hotel. Service is good, location is great but with rooms I have one that some of our family members woke up at late night due to suffocation and so we opened the door and window for ventilation and we had to change our room at morning. So just fix that problem and your hotel is perfect .
This hotel is awesome and maintained in a very neat and tidy manner. Rooms are too good with courteous staff..Even food in the restaurant is too good... overall the hotel provides good hospitality and I recommend tourists to choose this hotel for a very pleasant stay..
