Rooms are decent (spacious & with a mini refrigerator). No complimentary breakfast. Pathetic food quality and outside food not allowed. Geyser won't work around 7am or so, but you will be provided with a bucket of hot water on request. Low rating for service just because of the food quality. Else the staff is quite friendly.
Room was quite small. Food is ok but expensive in terms of portion size. No board or name plate on the building. There is one small Maple Leaf on gate pillar which can be missed at low light. Parking can be roadside or adjacent vacant plot.
A good value for money considering the location and ease of access to CyberHub. The staff is attentive and the facilities work. Recommended for overnight business travellers who spend more time outside and just need a safe/decent place to stay for a short visit.
The location and the room was good but the WiFi and cellular connectivity really.
Was a good experience.Stayed in December. Rooms are good with big heaters. Also we got complimentary breakfast. Rooms are small compared to others but well furnished. Wifi is Fast. Good for WFH for people like me
Very good staff (especially Himanshu, Chandan and Ravi). Clean and a Family friendly hotel. Mostly IT corporate guests. Nice location...walking distance (within 1 km) to Cyber City. In-house dining (room service)...overall it was very good experience. will visit again.
Other than a bigger room, my stay was horrible. After placing order for dinner at 8.29pm , it was finally served on 9.40pm. In between, i had to remind them twice.The boy plead,due to check in pressure , he forgot about the order. Next day, as we needed hot water for shower at around 10.30am, reception informed that the centralised geyser system needs 1 hour to start performing. Hence he sent couple of buckets of hot water. Food was good though. So, in case I stay here once again, though chance is very slim, i would like to see these issues are resolved.
Only one star because of the following reasons: 1) NO HOT WATER! They told me to run the water for 15 minutes and even after that there was non! 2) STINKY ROOM! The room smelled like it has been smoked in. When I called the reception and asked for a non-smoking room the man said all rooms are non-smoking, but if you want you can smoke in the bathroom!!! That is NOT how non-smoking policy works! They should really look up how to run their hotel. 3) NO INTERNET! WiFi was not working and when I called again the front desk they said that they can move me to another room for better WiFi. Again that's not how WiFi works! So if you need to work from there, I would not recommend it.
