Hassle free check-in and great staff. I absolutely loved the interior decor of the room. Clean and hygienic conditions of the place made my stay amazing.

The rooms are amazing and very convenient, the bathrooms are clean and service is prompt. The breakfast was really good too. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

A combination of such good staffs with a very peaceful and clean hotel is rare. The stay felt like a home away from home. The food quality and taste is amazing. And the best part is that, the whole experience is in the very Heart of Kolkata. The hotel is full of antiques. Altogether it was a mesmerizing experience.

Had a Average experience with this hotel. They tried to keep English antique atmosphere and maintained a facility apartment turned to hotel. Surrounded totally with flats and apartments inside the lane and it wasn't impressive for us. There is no eat outs near by will hv to walk 500 meters. Otherwise hotel internal Ambience was good but the front office reception is dark and dingy type bit stuffy. Rooms were ok and washroom was fine. Though towels were old and stained. Rooms had good tea coffee options. Checkin was smooth but missed the welcome and warmth. Breakfast was small but ok for us though not with much options. Standard fruits, bread eggs and one Indian dish. Personally we felt was not worth the cost per night we paid, as better star rated options available in same or lesser price. Honest opinion.

A lovely hotel run by wonderful people. I got to stay about a week at the Mandeville, and cannot say enough about the staff, especially Shenell at the front desk! I was visiting Kolkata for work, and had ups and downs, but the Mandeville was a peaceful haven for me at the end of every day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

The sanitisation process is perfect. You enter into a home not a hotel. The people are so welcoming. We had a hassle free three night stay here. The washroom is scented with real Rajnigandha, the room is warm and has everything you need. I loved the large windows. You get ample sunlight, and can sit by the window to hear the birds chirping early morning. They offer 3-4 kinds of breakfast options and we tried all of them. They are an excellent place to stay.

Nygel and his team did a great job to make us feel comfortable. The hotel has a homely boutique feel and a nice terrace. Nice rooms, super clean, and great location. It is true what some other travelers wrote, the walls are a bit too thin. But that was not a big issue after all.
